Honestly think it's more on the players just not playing well, but i do think the team hasn't been the same since Finch took a backseat during the games and Micah Nori took the wheel. Saying its Finch's fault is crazy me tbh, he is the reason this team 4-0 the suns a team they got whooped by in the regular season and the reason they were the 1 seed in the west for almost the whole season. Imo i think if he was still able to take the wheel of the coaching during games we wouldn't have lost the three games in a row to the nuggets or the mavs now.

You can't be a true fan unless you stick with this team through the tough times. Wonderful season. Mavs fans can talk all the shit they want. They deserve it. But I'm proud to be a fan of this team. We took out Devinn Booker, KD, defending champs with Jokic, and ended up running into a hungry Mavericks backcourt that is too good to stop. People doubted we would beat the suns, then they doubted we would beat the nuggets and we proved them wrong. This team has battled though so much adversity. Championships aren't easy to win.

Mavs had the easier path for sure. I'll be rooting for them in the finals though because the East is a cake walk.

Psychology is a major factor in sports. Just knowing they have to win 4 straight is tough to process even when you have a one day at a time mentality. This will only make Ant and the team stronger next year.

Gotta agree with you a little bit. These refs have been inconsistent as hell in this series. They give Kyle Anderson that T early and Luka is constantly whining, jumping up and down, and showing up the refs and nothing. I'm starting to think this guy could shoot a ref on the court and the only thing the other officials would do is offer him more bullets. I owe an apology to Draymond though. I don't think I've seen another player whine as much as Luka and get a longer rope.Despite this, he and Kyrie are incredible!
Sometimes, things don't work the way you want it to be. But it's a matter of having a positive mindset and remain focused on the goal you've set. Keep pushing foks. Ant, KAT, Mike, ... even not now, next time can be yours too.
Hey I’m from Minnesota and I know it’s been hard asf watching our sports teams be good enough for the playoffs but not great enough to get to the championship and win it. We ran into a brick wall with the Mavericks and being out coached by Jason Kidd and the Mavericks staff and team. Down 0-3 and on the verge of a humiliating sweep elimination game hurts like hell 😞 🙏 we can win game 4, 5,6,7 and on to the Finals. Regardless of what happens I’m proud of you guys for making it this far and for a memorable season. HOWL !!! Let’s go Wolves 🐺
Best team defensively but can’t defend? It’s coaching and Towns shooting 3’s. These are the biggest flaws of the Wolves.

I would much rather double luka or ky early so he has to give the ball to gafford to make decisions. Lively has been killing us with his decision making but gafford has yet to prove himself on that end. With that being said, series is probably a wrap but def proud of this team for making it this far. We need some guys who can initiate offense from the mid range to punish these drop coverages.

I hope the wolves make history if not this was a great season. I hope all the wolves go into summer and put in twice is much work so they don't wear down in the western conference finals.

Denver made the wolves super tired. It's like they are walking with concrete shoes.
The matchup is bad. Dallas others match with every player on the Wolves. so you have to rely on the playbook. Move players around.... Tire the opponent and Minnesota doesn't have lateral movement beyond Mcdaniels and Reid. You can't win the championship without winning games in the details. Obv KAT needs to make his presence felt and I mean physically. if you're Kat you can't allow a rookie like Lively to outplay you and Gafford is "supposedly" not better but those guys are playing with more heart.
On the flipside as a neutral I'm happy the finals will be with teams equally rested. Atleast win 1 game. for respect sake.

His offense actually helped in the Denver series. Rudy is an elite defender. No one can stop elite players like Luka and Kyrie except maybe Wemby with his massive wingspan. It requires a team effort.

@@MUSICFX1 Kyrie and Luka can make shots from anywhere. No one is clamping them and they can pass to the bigs or shooters if they can't get their shot off.
I think KAT, and specifically keeping KAT in the game when he was making poor decisions and delivering terrible results, literally handed the game away. What warrants keeping him in the game? Our best minutes against this team have been with Rudy and KAT sitting. They just aren’t built with their style of defense for this team. THATS WHY WE HAVE A DEEP BENCH. WHY ARENT THESE DUDE DOING THEIR THING AND PLAYING BIG MINUTES.

Gobert is the problem folks. He's both a non-threat and a space-eater on offense. His deficiencies weren't exposed as badly against Denver but with two independent scorers on the floor for Dallas he is a total liability. I doubt Minnesota will trade him so they need another true scoring threat, like Malik Monk. If you put Monk and Edwards in the backcourt this team isn't losing to anyone, even with Gobert on the floor but you gotta reduce his minutes depending on the team.
