when we set the hearing aids on the adapter they still keep flashing blue. i have done everything

But how do you keep the volume off the tv & still have it come through the hearing aids

Hi Alfil, the hearing aid microphones will still work. You can mute streaming through your app and the environment sound will still be captured and processed by your hearing aids.
