Iwanted2C1video's work is beyond description. watching her grow I imagine what it was like watching Michael Angelo and other geniuses. she is a modern icon.
I love seeing how much you've grown since I first started watching a couple of years ago. This is pretty awesome and it is such a great way to show that you do not need prosthetic peaces to do fx pieces such as this one.
I'm getting ready to do the make-up for an Easter play. I needed realistic paint-only wounds so they could applied prior to the play and not be rubbed off (by or on) the costume until it was time for them to be exposed. By combining hybrid airbrush ink and your techniques, I think I can pull this off :).
Awesome job :) to improve the realistic element of the look, I would suggest highlighting the "top" stitch (where the stitches cross over) to create depth using a grey or white paint :)
Yes please do more videos like this. I really enjoyed this video. It really helped me out since Im just starting working with body paint. love your videos (:
Perfect for those that can't afford all the waxes and glues and special fx that the pros use (but i do love those videos) but this is nice for a quick halloween idea if you just have the paints
Hi Bethany! I did a SFX Masquerade mask kinda like the one you did and I was wondering if you could comment me some feedback on how I did? I really want to get good at it and I would love some tips and tricks from you!
It looked amazing, but, I feel like the stitches could have used a little more detail. Everything else looks so amazingly detailed, but the stitches seemed to just sit there, untouched. AWESOME tutorial, though!
Eve Fan Hi Eve! :) Thank you so much and I'm ambidextrous! :) In this tutorial I used my left hand but if you pay attention in my other body painting videos, I tend to use my right. That's mainly because of the way my camera and mirror are set up. It's easier to paint with my right. :)
Definitely continue this series!
Tara Lynn Eeek! :) Glad you guys are liking it! :) Will def. do!!
