The message that came to mind when I finished this meditation was God, Source, Gaia, isn’t outside of ourselves. It’s within all of us. May we all remember and awaken to the light. 💚💚💚
💚💚💚. I saw myself on a short cliff near an ocean at night. At night with a planet in the sky with a moon. The universe shined so bright and met with the ocean. You couldn’t tell where it began or ended. The waves crashed Fluorescent and my eyes were glowing white. I’m not sure where how this came to be but I felt gratitude and peace as I watch stars fall and the cosmos move
💚💚💚 I had envisioned the future moment when my coworkers gather around me on my last day in the office, voicing gratitude for being with them for so long at my job and feeling gratitude for myself for working hard and for having a positive team around me who were always appreciative of my work and presence. This moment hasn't happened yet, but I'm manifesting a career change. And while I'm not sure what my future looks like, I'm looking forward to when I get to start a new chapter. This meditation reminded me to be grateful for where I am and what I have now. Thank you, Alina!
I did this in the garden with a slight morning breeze. I felt so at peace. This is just what I needed for the New Moon In Virgo and the new chapter I'm about to start. Thank you 💫💚🌳🌑☮️
I've been feeling unusually euphoric and positive lately after feeling so lost. I don't know what's changed but i think it's a sign that more of this feeling is coming to me and I'm more than ready 💚💚💚

💚💚💚 For part of the meditation I refocused on a thought/idea that I've had about creating a network of support and resources for young low income moms. I read a heart wrenching statistic and I guess it stuck with me longer. I gave myself grace for getting lost in my thoughts because I felt they were so meaningful. Not sure if this is part of the battle between mindfulness and receiving/processing downloads 🤔Just wanted to share and I guess put it out into the universe.
Three green hearts I did this meditation in a bubble bath and scrubbed my felt down with Lavender honey reflected on three physical healers supporting me on my journey. Grateful for your voice thank you
