OMG I couldn't avoid crying 😢 just remembered when we visited my grandma in Guanajuato and went to the posadas.
We didn't know the songs, just the end of them 😊 and broke piñatas.

Your family is such a blessing for that little town. English is so important. I have also been teaching online since 2016, first with a Chinese company with kids, and now I am teaching adults with another company. Thank you for helping these children learn English.
It's a real shame our kids in the US aren't learning Spanish since outside of Mexico, the US has the most Spanish speakers
It is so exciting to see the younger generation continue the tradition of the posadas in Mexico. I remember doing them when I was young my mom used to take us with the neighbors to do this unfortunately my mom passed away last year we haven't done any posadas😢 I just wish the mexican-americans would do the traditions and keeping it going God bless all of you and thank you for sharing

Totalmente de acuerdo. Cuando mis hijos eran chiquitos fuimos a México en estás fechas y al entrar al mercado, gritarón, “ wow, aquí sí huele a Navidad”. 😊
Y estarán de acuerdo conmigo aunque haiga pobreza es lo más bonito por eso amo ser mexicana❤❤❤

I came across one of your videos on Instagram, which led me to your UA-cam channel and I’m so glad that it did. I’ve watched a few of your videos, but this one brought me to tears. I lived in Mexico from the age of 6 to 13. This video brought so many childhood memories. Some of the best Christmas I ever had were when I lived there. Such beautiful traditions, so much love and unity in the community. I try my best to keep all of these traditions going with my kids. I think I’m the person that I am today because of the experience of living there. It’s such a different world. Before watching this video I saw the one where you talked about your seven years of being there. I commend you for having the courage to do such a big move to a country with a culture you didn’t know and to love it and embrace it how you have is awesome. Like you I remember my first night in Mexico, talk about a culture shock. But before you knew it, we grew to love it. Like you guys, my mom tried building our own home but because of the economy at the time we weren’t able to finish it so like you in the beginning, we lived in an unfinished home but we made it work and many happy memories were made there. You are blessed to have such a loving supportive family here in the USA and in Mexico. I wish you and your beautiful family all the best! I look forward to seeing your beautiful home complete and finally having your sweet mom come for a visit! Thanks for sharing your life experience. I hope one day Fidel can come back to the USA if not to live, to visit! We all make mistakes, but our mistakes don’t define who we are as long as we learn from them. Sorry to hear someone took the liberty to share your story. God bless you, your beautiful family and the beautiful life you have created!! Happy Birthday to Diego!

Al mirar este video mi recuerdo voló cuando era una niña , el recordar las hermosas tradicionales fiestas decembrinas , recuerdo eran mis mes más bonito por las posadas los aguinaldos con sus cacahuates, naranjas , cañas, dulces de colección nose si alguien recuerda esos ricos dulces de colores que ponían en los aguinaldos y tbmn le ponían tejocotes, bueno tbmn romper piñatas, tomar ponche, los ricos pambazos, tamales , que bonito es recordar esa época , gracias Candice por trasmitirnos estas fiestas y que tú ya eres una gran Mexicana con un gran corazón tan grande que Dios te bendiga a ty a tu hermosa familia , pasen una feliz Navidad y un Próspero Año Nuevo 🎉🎉😊😊🙏🙏
