As you can guess by the video itself, you can actually play Chaos Elemental within the music pack itself. However, it'll only play the looped version if you are using the music pack without the mod itself. The full version of the track with both the intro and outro can only be found if you are playing the Overhaul mod itself.
I find it interesting how this is the longest track in Terraria Overhaul yet people with a decent computer are only going to hear this 1 minute at a time at most due to being capable of generating worlds quite fast. Potato PC owners, however, will be in for a treat! I also like the subtle Overworld Day motif.

Whenever I was playing with a bunch of mods using the Subworlds Library, I always got treated to listening to this while they were being generated. Such an excellent song!

This is indeed what became of Hybrid Hallow. Hybrid Hallow was its code name for a long time since it was going to be used for the now scrapped Blooming Hallow concept
