NZ Trout Fishing | Rainbow Trout on the Manawatu River

Trout fishing with a drone.
Surfcasting is great, but being in the middle of the North Island means it is expensive.
So I thought, why not get more into fresh water fishing ?!
I purchased a Fish and Game fishing licence this afternoon and headed out.
So here it is - Just a wee Rainbow, caught using a trusty toby spin lure, it was an awesome evening down at a new spot !
