I respectfully shared that we really are under the FAAs authority and not theirs or the land owners. If they have never interacted with the paramotor community I would not expect them to know too much about it. Thank you for checking out the video.
You'd still attach the police along with FD and EMS. You don't get to make those kinds of calls individually anyways there's dispatching SOPs to every kind-of call you could imagine, and you follow what it tells you to send.
Didn't realize this was a thing but add me to this list. I thought I could feel it so a couple flights ago I turned around to watch the engine and it would have a quick shake at cruise like a miss? Otherwise runs absolutely flawless and smooth?
By the way, we have a giant data center always under construction in Huntsville, built on Federal property. They have more than your videos in there. Just saying!!!
The hypocrisy of many in the government that complain about the high energy cost associated with mining crypto. Yet I hear zero complaints about the data center consumption that includes it's own substation. 😅
Don't you have to obey minimum clearance laws? IDK anything about paragliding regs. People don't want people flying around right above their homes. Even if it's not illegal it's a dick move to not respect that.
So give the police a hard time and be difficult which will ensure future police contacts and probably the loss of a good LZ. Not a very successful approach. You may get a testosterone boost, but you created more issues than you solved.
@@paralifeppg it always has been for me as well, but then I did’nt come up with a testosterone fueled challenge to their authority. It’s easy to tell who is a sovereign citizen and who is a decent human being.
Mark, always mixing things up and being all mischievous and stuff. Thanks for the vid! 😄
You must be talking about a different Mark I am a follower not a leader… thanks @willfly
He sounds exactly like I'd expect a paraglider to sound! 🤣
It was a fun flight my friend!! Looking forward to more adventures... 😎
Always!
Man, that's some nice flying ! Great landings. You'd think Cops would know by now about Paramotors.

People who call the police and completely misconstrue the event should be charged with a misdemeanor 😂😂
Thanks for checking out the video, it turned out okay.🤣
Glad you didn’t go to prison again.
I always get nervous when you fly over those trees! 😮
That makes two of us about the trees. Going back to prison wouldn’t be that bad.🤣
What was the app/voice telling you where other air traffic was?
Gaggle and they keep making it better.
If I was a dispatcher and heard about a paraglider I'd be sending the coroner, not police. I mean it's only a matter of time.

I cant imagine there are many vandals that would go to the effort of chartering a plane and doing a skydive just to burn up sh*t at the LZ🤣🤣🤣🤣
With the strobes going!🤣
@@paralifeppg 😂😂
Rookie mistake. Next time you parachute into the data center, do it at night😂 wait... never mind
🤣 What was I thinking.
You dirty, rotten trouble maker!!!!! By the way, I always have that midrange miss. Can’t get it out. It’s the main reason I prefer the Atom 80.
Glad to hear I’m not crazy for thinking that.

@@shanewyman9419 I am sure that a great engine guy could adjust that out. I am going to give it a try…

I was amazed at how much power is there

No we do not have minimums like general aviation and we were not buzzing people’s homes. The police were called from a construction site.
And you gave them your ID? Why? Caving in to utterly unlawful requests is unacceptable and normalizes abuse of power.
Sorry it didn’t bother me.
