    Maine bhi 2 dino se aapki dawai chalu Kia hai. Main jab bhi low mahsoos karte hoon to aap ka videos dekh leta hoon, jisse mujhe bahot himmat milate hai. Aapke dwara diye Gaye sabhi advice ko follow karta hoon. Mere ko tingling aur stiffness hai, kab Tak aarma melega.

    Doctor Please suggest some gripping exercise for my left hand fingers when I keep watching my hands I don't leave the object but when my attention is somewhere else the object fells from my hands I have strength in my hands & fingers

    Aaj ji aapne Exsersaize btati o same mera problem hai. Balance nhi or hath ki fingers band goti but open nhi.
