People look at dogs when it comes to negative and positive behavioral or mental attributes such as intelligence or obedience & communication… but it’s all the owner. Just like the saying, there are no bad dogs, just bad owners. It applies to the opposite as well. The owner definitely is amazing and has invested and sacrificed a lot. People see dogs anything well that’s so amazing. I see an amazing owner foremost. Because pretty much any dog can do anything…

Yet she bit you if you touched the remote when she was watching tv. spent winter trying to work the dial on the fan heater (there was a reason it didnt have buttons). She would not a learn a damn trick unless, there was something in the trick for her and a treat afterwards didnt count. If she was bored cause she didnt go on long enough walks, she took the spare pillow off the bed, (the one used when i was lucky enough to have a woman over) dragged to the front door and pissed on it when I walked in. Never did it to my pillow, didnt do it to the wifes pillow (was married when she got a second dog, 2 years of marriage 14 years with the second dog she had to have).

If your dog hates bathtime, just hold his paw & it'll stay calm.
One of my dogs tries to run away, but she's already 13 years old so she isn't very fast, one attempts to jump right in but fails because he is also 13 years old, the third just sits there, MENACINGLY

what
It's interesting how everybody is commenting about how amazing the dog is when in reality this speaks more about the dedication, hundreds of hours of training and love from the owner than anything else! ❤
I wouldn't say 'hundreds of hours of training' is necessarily in order here, since some dogs are so exceedingly smart, that they figure out on their own just by having the buttons & whatnot to play around with, & they would quickly pick up tricks in a few tries when a treat is in order. other than that, i agree wholeheartedly.
@@FalconWindblader yeah, the owner obviously put a lot of work in, but for her to be this smart she had to have a bit of a gift to begin with. Assuming it's not an editing thing, when he doesn't even say the word "bath" but she is already looking at him like something is up, that's pretty damn intelligent.
@@anthonyhiscox yeah, the bath body language thing, I think is emotional intelligence & I seriously don't think it would be possible with other animals just because of the close genetic and social connections that have taken place since long before the domestication of the ancestors of dogs..
In short, the tight-knit bond that humans and dogs share, going back thousands of years, if not longer than that even.
