i just did all three of these videos. I am 27 weeks pregnant so i modified a tiny bit of it, but went for it! Great workout, great video! Easy moves to pick up
I'm so bad at dancing it's ridiculous but I managed to do this...messed up on some of the moves but overall it was great. I think I'm going to make this part of my daily workout.
just did it for the first time ever, omg so much fun and didnt bored as i do in my 30days shred workout by jillian . lets see how it will affect to my weight.. willl keep doing it,
I wish you could upload more of these beginners classes. This was perfect for a start. I know i will eventually have to beyond this, but I just LOVED how hard this was and I felt amazing after. ( i know, easy for you, you probably didn't even break a sweat, but trust me, this big girl- woa- I sure did.)

This is a good work out I have to say. This out beats regular exercising. Ive done swimming my whole life and no weight was lost and I have always eatin a healthy diet but nothing work and those heathy foods made gain weight since the work outs didn't do shit. I started with Tiffany Rothe work outs and there 10 min workouts that make you pour with sweat.
i just did this it was good i will do it and the others every day for a few weeks and let you know if it works lol i like the fact they are short to 14 mins is a good wee starter workout try it.....
The most optimal time to do Cardio is to do it first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast. That way you burn fat at maximum rate. If you also do weight training you can do Zumba right after your training, that is the second best hour to do any form of cardio exercise.
