2023 #4 - Land Of Giant Porcinis! South Australia - Adelaide Hills.

That incredible feeling when you turn around the corner and see a family of huge porcinis. What a crazy start to the Porcini season. Still in search of the world's biggest Porcini, but I think I'm getting closer.

Good job, I've been focusing on exploring new spots this year, hopefully will come across bigs ones like what you just found. Maybe consider making a video when you spread the spore at new locations? Keep up the good work. 😄

Thanks. We are looking for new spots too as mushroom foraging is becoming more popular and our usual spots are not producing much. Hopefully all the sporing will produce more spots.

That's a public forest. I wish I owned a private forest in the Adelaide Hills. That's our retirement plan LOL. My advice would be to look under pine and oak trees.
