We went to Charleston for our 40th this summer. I was in absolute heaven. I had wanted to go for years. My only regret is going in the summer. To quote my husband, "I didn't know your makeup could melt off your face like that!" I want to move to Charleston!

This house is perfection! Wow. I love the rich wall colors. They did a phenomenal job keeping the historic feel of the house in a modern way.

Born and raised in Savannah but always loved Charleston. I moved away for several years and came back in 2013. It finally hit me that life is about family and making memories! Our granddaughter and husband live in Charleston. She is an assistant principal at one of the grammar schools. Her mom, our daughter was born there. We were so young so moved back to Columbia near our family. We got homesick. Charleston is a beautiful city! Our granddaughter loves it so much. We don’t get to see them as much since they live there and I don’t know if they will ever wanna leave. Enjoyed the video. SC has a lot going on. Also, beautifully beaches and mountains.

We visited Charleston from Seattle a few years ago bc John C Calhoun was my husbands 3x great grandfather and his imprint is all over Charleston. Calhoun is my husband’s and grandson’s middle name. We were there before they took his huge statue down and. Visited his gravesite. What a fabulous city!
So enjoyed this trip to Charleston. I'm thinking that we should celebrate my December birthday there next year. It is currently 1 degree here in Ohio with a wind chill tonight of minus 33.

Christmas time is one of my favorite times to be living in Charleston. We have an annual tradition to go walk around dowtown after our shopping is done, just for to appreciate the atmosphere.

Oh my gosh I loved this video. Wow Charleston has always been a place I have wanted to visit. The architecture is stunning. The stores you showed us look so beautiful, you showed it all so well. And I know I keep telling you this but I love your black fireplace mantel. You guys are just so much fun to watch. I find myself smiling while watching you.
