I am so sorry that Leslie had a fire. We had one in 2014, and I lost 95%+ of my belongings. Folks weren't hurt so bad but displaced us for 6+ months. It was caused by the ballast in a flourescent 4-foot lamp in the basement. Dad was in the hospital fighting cancer. Mom had smoke inhalation. After doing all the work to catalog everything and losing so much, I decided the next house fire, I'll walk in and burn with it. I AM NOT GOING THROUGH THAT AGAIN.

I live in between, Mt, Rainier and Mt, St Helens.
Mt Adams is to the East, about 30 miles as a Crow would Fly 🕊️ the Goat Rocks in Packwood WA, is closer to the Crest Trail and lots of lakes and trails. I worked for the Forest Service, in Randle WA, in 1984. Blue lake is so beautiful. No roads, you have to hike, or ride a horse too get their.

At FS Road 88 and the PCT trail I also camped near the creek and woke up to bipedal stomps next to my tent and the hillside. To this day I can't explain what it was!

There is no void of information , on the Sasquatch people. You were just considered irrelevant, and therefor only taught to laugh at any facts. Its Very sad, same as what my children were taught and many. I feel now with thousands upon thousands of factual encounters, those days of lies n laughter is GONE. I laugh at people that are slow enough to stil have any doubts

Hi Nance, get so happy when I get a notification of your videos. You and Leslie from Cryptid Canada are my favorite.
My heart goes out to Leslie that she lost practically everything. I already donated on the “go fund” account for her.
I’ve been binge watching your videos, and like you said, I don’t skip any of the ads.
Just like I do with her and you, I like all of your videos .

I live in a small community is Southern California called Wrightwood in the San Gabriel Mts. It is a stop over for the PCT hikers for rest and to pick up food mailed to them. After listening to your stories I have wondered if any hikers have had Bigfoot encounters. After this story I guess my questions have been answered. I have also discovered that I have had a couple of encounters as well. I have seen footprints in the winter while in Utah, heard crashing through the forest like elephants running through the forest in N. California wood knocks vamping near Susanville, Ca and just plain ole creepy feelings that made me turn around while hiking. Great stories! I am a believer for sure.

Yeah I've joined the ride through sasquatch valley, but I do want to say my prayers are for those who have suffered the after effects of the series of tornadoes that has been hitting everywhere including Texas and Ohio.🙏🙏😱 Good news for certain parts of California they're removing dam's and maybe some places in Oregon for the reason eco systems, yeah after a century maybe they can restore everything in time. If only if they design dam's with the wilderness and fish in mind and help remove the year's of sediment and debris that has gathered up in dam's and redistribute it so nothing is to chance.

Hi there Boss Lady, that was a pretty good story, appreciate you narrating it for us.
I'm glad that those three hikers had the means to protect themselves, I personally would never venture into the wilderness without having some type of protection, above bear spray, don't get me wrong, the bear spray will work on animals, but against a group or family of Squatch, you may be in trouble if that's all that have but do protect yourself, folks, you never know what you may come across out in the wilderness!
As usual Mz. Nance, terrific narration by you, thanks for what you do, and I'm sure the rest of the "Squad" will always be a follower of the best narrator for Cryptid stories!
Take care, Nance, be well and stay safe my friend, hugs, D.J.

🤨 thinking about the bear bag's and the reason that they may still tear into them human scent yes we all have a certain scent and possibly they smell it, the oils that are in the human skin has a scent, and maybe they're following the scent we give off, you can buy carbon fiber material and make your own bag's I heard they really seal up the scent and maybe that could help. And non fragrant of anything still has a scent I don't care how much they advertise they don't they do a trace enough for other animals who have a super honker like a bear etc, I'm going on what I've watched and they no scent bag's are expensive and hard to obtain in bundles if needed, and the camouflage could be where they can see it, they're eyes are different also?

  • @suproliver
    @suproliver 11 місяців тому

I think that it's unusual for Sasquatch to utilize man made trails. Sasquatch don't need trails the way humans do to rely on. The forest is their home. Just the way we know our own living room.
Sasquatch know that these trails were made by man. Typically, Sasquatch try to avoid contact with man. Unless it's very rarely used, they likely may have thought it was safe enough and already knew where the trail led to.
On that note, it is possible that the Sasquatch did not think there were humans around and suddenly hid themselves when they caught wind of them. Literally smelling their scent in the air.
In my opinion, the chances are GREATER to run into Sasquatch if you are OFF the trail. I think this Sasquatch family is a little unusual. But if you were to see this family walking along the trail from a great distance away, you might easily suspect they are human since they are bipedal creatures that walk upright.
Only the closer you get, the more you might conclude there's something off about them. -OG

Being an adventurous hiker myself, with almost 500 miles on the Appalachian Trail I’ve met many hikers. Most don’t take Sasquatch for real. Most hikers are concerned with mileage, and where they need to get to that day. What I’m saying is most hikers are go go go and are in a hurry. They really are not paying attention to what’s around them but focused on there get to point for that day. That hurried hiking , people can’t pay attention to what’s going on around them unless they slow down and take it all in.

I see that hasn't changed. I remember being on the Apalachian trails here in the state of Maine on my way to Sugarloaf. I was 13 years old then. A man came along who stopped for the night at the lean to I was at. He claimed to be averaging some 70 miles per day. I found that to be incredible. But, I figured that if I could walk 35 miles in a day, perhaps this guy could jog it. He came in at a good jogging pace. He seemed very serious about everything lol. I remember he had a little Coleman he heated this off colour mush in. I, being a 13 year old backwoods kid, couldn't resist asking to try a little. He said "no", lol. I asked him what it was, he wouldn't say. So, I was perseverent and asked him another way to try it. He relented and gave me a teaspoon of it. It was awful, lol. He asked, there !, like it ??. I didn't say anything. That was about 1974.
