I'm confused as to what that comment was about lol Still love this song so much and love the routine which I can never resist doing! It's my 2nd favourite after For Sure
Hor Yep, I think David is gay. I have two signed Scooch official posters, including the one for this single! They went far too soon. Natalie has an awesome voice!
kernowoggie Aah, he's really lovely that David. Not just looks but personality. Yes I love Natalie too. She is an awesome singer. I love this band, they should've been so much bigger. Much better singers than Steps with the exception of Claire Richards :)
It is exactly what happened. Scooch was formed because of the Stock/Aitken'/Waterman bust up. Waterman created Steps (or rather signed and "made them" or something like that). Stock and Aitken got jealous so created Scooch to compete with them. It was about a S/A/W split essentially but at the time noone really knew that. Scooch were seen as a Steps tribute band, Steps were seen as the real thing so Steps won basically.
@@cliffhulcoopofficial8075 I always thought it was something along this line but never actually knew for sure until now - you could totally hear steps doing this very same song or scooch covering a steps one.
No I think they were yet another version of steps that came out at that time .. think scooch came out when this kind of music wasn't being a popular .. as at the time it started going to girlbands and boybands not mixed .. steps s club 7 had the monopoly for this kind of music sadly
2024 ,not embarrassed 😜
They are so weird... i love them!
Absolutely loved this song. I bought a demo cd in Brisbane. That started my love for the band Scooch!
The cheesiness of the 90s you just cant beat it
You can, The 80's
Beautiful song, so distinctive, innocent and optimistic. Sad that those times are gone

I am insanely jealous of Natalie's abs in this.
They are the kind of abs most of us can only dream of.
The Radio released Almighty edit, knocks this version out of the park.
They need to release “STAY” music video. It’s my favorite song 😢

Is this a cover? The chorus sounds very familiar, but I've never heard this song before.
Imagine listening to this when you're high on LSD
This should've been huge! Way better than anything Steps ever did! Is David gay? He's waaaay fit ;)

No way better than Steps. Lol.
Why their vocals sound similarly like Steps?
It's like someone traced the outline of Steps and named the resulting copy, Scooch.

British bubblegum dance group
Russ was only 18/19 here.
The song is good but I wish they did not over exaggerate the music video.
Blame the video producers for that!
