So I have been trying to use this addon with makehuman due to how versatile the rig is....but I am getting the most weirdest twist in the arms....any idea how to properly use makehuman models with this?
I am starting to move into the unreal engine aswell. I am keeping modeling as my primary skill and blue prints as secondary. Only issue with blueprints in unreal is if they ever stop using it, then I will be back to square one
Just got it. VHD compliments it great. But I have a lot of learning and troubleshooting to do. Objects are breaking or not following their weights. I need to figure out how to properly configure constraints. Because they seem to be parented to my 3D cursor instead of a root bone. The body will stretch and not maintain proportions either. Not using bendy bones.
what about blendshapes corrections? like when the arm bends and the elbow does not look right? I see there is a way with this tool to do it, but I cannot get it to work.
so there are no blendshape on the arms and legs. You need to adjust the weight painting a little bit, but it will never be perfect but it comes pretty close for 5 seconds of work.
I keep getting a traceback error whenever I hit "match to rig", something to do with the align forearm bones or something, no clue. Any solution on this? Because if I still go ahead and try to bind the armature it doesnt bind either
hello! I really liked your review and have followed through quite well, but I stumbled onto a problem, after binding the rig to the mesh and posing the rig in pose mode, whenever I do an undo command or a ctrl z, the rig reverts back to its armature state. Is there anyway one can fix this problem?

Hey, make sure that all three addons are installed. This was my downfall for a while. Let me know how you go, also it might be an idea to email Lucas - Contact page www.lucky3d.fr/contact.php?page=contact
The tool is awesome just got it... My God, I have been wasting my life away setting up rigs lol. I hope you can help fix that last issue. Thanks
hi! i'm a student and for me 40 bucks is a big deal, before i buy it i would like to know if: 1) does it work with blender 2.8 2) can i export the rig and animation made with this tool to godot?
@@Markom3D the problem is that godot engine doesn't support fbx only collada i had problem with mixamo, that's why i want to know if this one works if yes i'll buy it

without seeing it, I am not really able to help out. I found that if you put wrist bone too far onto the hand, then you might be having the issues that you are talking about
Not really. Thanks to developer we (actually he) could pinpoint the problem. Removing duplicated vertices did the trick, now binding in a few seconds (the whole mesh was being split because of them, so in fact it was binding thousands of very small meshes instead of one). Great support! :)
The drop down for the tool. Isn't it supposed to be next to properties when you hit the 'n' key? I installed from file the ...master.zip the .py file and the rig_tools.zip but when I look for it after installation, nothing.
Can't get it to work... hours spent building and rebuilding, and,... un the end, the rig moves like a charm but the mesh stays fixed.... I think I'll quit trying....

Hi, what do you mean with installing and enabling all three add-ons? I'm thinking about purchasing the Auto Rig Pro-tool but I'm a bit confused now after reading this. Which add-ons do you mean and are those add-ons integrated in Auto Rig Pro?
Hey, so when you purchase it, the package comes with three add-on scripts. I only installed two of them and had dramas. Just wanted to share my mistakes
This is the best add-on ever and with the Additive Keyer, makes it even more incredible.. especially for motion capture. A must have for animators.
I really liked the lite version of Auto-Rig. Keep up the good work.
thank you, sold me on getting this now :)
you wont regret it. I use it quite a bit
FWIW, I've found that fixing the teeth is much less of a headache if the inner mouth (teeth, gums, palete, etc.) are a separate object/mesh.
Agreed

I am learning Blender, Unity, and Unreal. Should I master the basics or move onto tools such as land generators, rigging, and possibly buying scripts?

3.Under "Memory & Limits", make sure the "Global Undo" option is checked.

Just bought it. However, I was wondering if the arms can be set as a ik like the legs. I saw the owner was able move it like a ik.
yes, you should be able to toggle between IK and FK. From memory, select hand bone, and then there is a slide that appears in the "N" menu

Try turning Init Scale off. That worked for me for some reason...
