Hwy 6 from South Baymouth to Little Current on the Manitoulin Island, across the Swing Bridge, and up to its terminus at Hwy 17 (TCH) is a gem. The La Cloche Mountains are particularly stunning.
Hello D'Arcy! That's why I've filmed it. Some people I know recommended me to do this drive and I don't regret it. Are there other nice drives you know? Thanks for watching!
Wonderful! Well done, Frank! I live right behind Willisville Hill, (the highest point around here) in Widgawa Lodge. I'm now going to share your video with my neighbours. Thank you!
Hello Joshua! Thank you very much for the kind words! I am from Québec City and it was my first time in Northern Ontario. I have also explored a bit of Sudbury too! Thanks for watching.
Thats interesting Drew. My mother tongue is French, so I did not make the difference yet between the two words. But now that I think about it, it's true that the word ''Coastal'' is more associated to the Sea/Ocean. Thanks for watching !
Beau vidéo Frank , des routes sinueuses comme je l'ai aime , tu pourrais faire la 117 de ste- agate des monts à la frontière ontarienne ça resemble à ce type de route. Bonne continuation
Thanks for the kind words ! I am from Québec City and I'm just making these videos for fun :) I'm pleased to read that some people are enjoying them. I'll keep'em coming for sure! My camera is a 2011 Sony HDR-CX-560V.
It's pretty cool how you edit these videos. I guess you use Sony Vegas, I myself use Camtasia 9 but I know the frame rate in your videos are better. I enjoyed it!

Great work, looks like a fun highway to drive on.
It absolutely is ! Thanks for watching.
Cool video! Northern Ontario looks so beautiful!
Thank you Daniel, yes it is ! The area around Parry Sound is particularly nice.
beautiful! Great Video :D
Thank you very much ! Do you know this area?
@@FreewayFranks no I just thought it looked nice
It is ! You should visit.
Highway 6 starts in hamilton and goes up through the bruce peninsula all the way to sudbury.
Thanks for the informations. Are you from Ontario ?
ahh, so that's what the east side of the shield looks like.
Yes. Thanks for watching Phil !
Good job als always. :)
Thanks buddy :)
Interesting that it’s called a “coastal” route. I have never heard of lakes (not even the Great Lakes) having “coasts”; I would typically say “shore.”

@@FreewayFranks The great lakes are like an inland ocean so I think it's fair to call them coast.

Ever seen a mountain lion in Ontario?
No, but If I do, I prefer to stay in my car, door locked. Twice, if possible.
Are you a fan of Nadia Ali?
Absolutely! That's why I used her songs many times in my videos!
@@FreewayFranks I noticed that in most of your videos
@@alexishoude4449 Nice. Well, there are more on the way!
