I love that idea. You, Eric, and B-Mack should have an office cook off! Then challenge the Mtn Ops guys!

I'm all for a cooking series. I finished supper not 30 minutes ago and you made me hungry again. That looks delicious. I am going to try that recipe on wild turkey breasts.

My husband (first nations Ojibwe) and I cooked gourmet game. And I mean GOURMET! I wanted to start videos entitled Cooking in Moccasins. Alas he passed away. So if anyone wants to use the title, go for it (but only if you are native). We didn't patent it, but I think it is a cool title.

You should do another Roosevelt Elk steak with an After The Kill Cooking Bag. They’re a great way to cook in the backcountry too.

I’d definitely watch a backcountry stove series. Interior of the shop is also done really well. What wood did you use?

My inner fat kid loves the cooking videos. Cool to get ideas and see what others do with the meat. A backcountry chef Bobby Flay style throw-down with a limit of say 6 ingredients total would be good entertainment.

You might need to build a small kitchen top using propane n counter block with a stainless back splash and a vent out the side wall ....hold your cooking vids there...

Anyone else notice that while the butter is melting, the metal tongs magically turn into a rubber spatula during the close up, then back into metal tongs afterwards?
