Tom - excellent job! You’ve turned this into a very tiny utility van. Looks great. I’m thinking about getting a Spark (ICE) and this is exactly what I’d love to do with it. Great work man.

Thank you, John! The only downside to the conversion has been the very rare occasion when I have needed to transport a third person in the car. But thankfully that has only happened twice, so we are very happy with our two-seater runabout for commuting and errands.

Lil bit more space doing it this way.... I use my back seats for people too frequently to go this route, so tow hitch it is!

I forgot to mention in the video that access to the high voltage battery disconnect is necessary not just for first responders in case of an accident, but also for various repair and service procedures that require disabling the high voltage system.

Awesome, Im thinking about doing this on my 21 spark Activ to run a pressure washing setup out of it. How much did it cost you to get this finished?

$500 and it took him less than a day. I dropped it off one day and picked it up the next.
