Indy seems like a bund guy, you can just tell haha! These have always looked good but I have never bought one. I think they might not be the best choice on paper but its a solid choice. Having watched your field watch video I can see why you bought it! Take care Ben!
Sorry.. did you really pay 76 USD for this watch with plastic case, acrylic crystal, 30 m water resistance, poor lume and no indigo ? It’s available for 35USD here in India and I’m not convinced to pull the trigger ! It’s like why should I choose this over many Expeditions in the same price range, but with brass case, possibly mineral crystal and Indiglo ?
Typical corners cut. Everyway that they can find to increase their profit margins by lowering manufacturing costs. To start with, 30mWR for a field watch!, ridiculous plastic case etc etc. $70! It's a toy.
Interesting suggestion, but no thanks. 30m water resistance, but it's 5x the cost. No, if i wanted a better plastic quartz field watch, I would get the bertucci dx3 that glows www.watches.com/products/bertucci-dx3-glow-tangerine-11135
Great review of the MacGyver watch….I’m surprised you didn’t mention that detail. He wore the Timex Camper for the first 3 seasons.
I didn't know that! Very cool

I did indeed, and it was for the retro look. The expeditions don't look as good.
@@mywatcheswithben Hmm.. you’re making me spend that $35 !

Perhaps... If you know of another 36mm field watch that looks like this for less money, please let me know!
@@mywatcheswithben not US made, no. That's hard. But for same price Lorus Lumibrite.
Good find! Yes, that is a better choice
I purchased the 40 mm MK1 for $39.99
