Would love more of this style to add in for a double day, or for days when I can only squeeze a quickie in-no matter what I can get some Kaykay time. Thank you for all you do and inspiring me in the best ways every week 🤗

I liked the veriety of exercises and their combination. It was delicious. 😋 Found for myself that 20 min cardio workouts are more comfortable for me and mor durable. I hope this way I'll be able to restore my stamina with time.
