Causes: Poor posture in work. Poor quality furniture. Wrong habit of standing and sitting. Carrying heavy loads on shoulders.
Precautions: Don't sit or walk in bent position. Avoid tight fitting clothes.
Corrective measures: Hold the bar for sometime. Perform chakrasana and dhanurasana. Keep your fingertips on your shoulder and encircle in clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
Bow leg is a deformity which is the reverse of knock knee position. If there is a wide gap between the knees then this deformity is observed easily when a person walks or runs.
