We head down the West Coast of New Zealands South Island and jump in the ocean for a crayfish catching mission, picking up a few abalone Paua on the way.
We cook the Paua and the Crayfish the classic way, boil and fry. Simple but good!

Oh yeah: Crayfish, common in streams and lakes, often conceal themselves under rocks or logs. Most adult crayfish are about 7.5 cm (3 inches) long. lol
Also very common in New Zealands oceans

Those crays will go blind when exposed to the sun so best to be sure of their size etc. before bringing them up.
