This gives me hope and motivation on the possibilities of owning a home. I am also a single mother. This video demonstrates how women can do it on their own. In my case, it seems impossible since My Credit got Low which always discourage and disqualified me applying for home. So I'm not sure if this nonprofit organization works internationally by helping single mothers or those whose dream to own a home, But i never give up trying ways to increase my credit and clear those negative items I met Andyhackscreditfix⨀ org, who wiped off negative items and increase my credit score to Excellent am a house owner thanks

The Pandemic has been the best thing to happen. My life was insanely poor living on the Reservation. I saved most of the Stimulus and got Credit. I'm now in the SoCAL area. I have 2 chapter 13’s that are dismissed. The reason I have 2 is bcz I did not use an attorney. I was trying to stop an eviction, but when I went to try to add another month’s rent to the bankruptcy, but the guy filed another one. About a month later, I ended up losing my job. They are scheduled to fall off in January and March 2021. Since I’m looking to purchase a home soon but still there. I am currently enrolled in *JOE CREDIT SOLUTION* and I must say, I am loving it thus far. I’m doubling it up with your podcast videos and learning A LOT! Thank you. Meanwhile I literally bought my house because the apartment I was living in started at $700 a month. A year goes by and the landlord sends me notice of rent being raised to $800 a month. I did this for another year. I was a star tenant, never broke anything or asked for anything. Another year goes by and again the landlord sent notice of rent raising to $900 a month. I obliged and continue renting. 3rd year I get another notice from the Landlord. The rent went to $1000/ Mo... I was starting to get concerned at this point, but I felt I had no other choice. I lived there another year. 4th year and I get yet another notice. The landlord was raising the rent to $1,100 a month. At this point I was getting frustrated. 4 years and no upgrades to my apartment and they wanted more and more money. I made it one more year. We hit year 5, and again I got the dreaded rent increase notice to $1,200 a month. This was the final straw. 850FINANCIALASSESSMENT🎡COM:

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. On the bright side, the huge amount of debt - consequence of those bad decisions will be payed off next month! 🥳 It's never too late to start saving like there's no tomorrow, and I'm really REALLY excited and motivated. I now do my Real estate 🏡 investments very well, right now I’m just buying more properties and my Bitcoin, stocks and other form of cryptocurrency is growing well.

I've got a few false marks, like double collections of the same thing in the same credit bureau. It's a nightmare getting them to fix anything, so fck em. They also aren't going to pay me for my time, for them to fix it. I'm about to start sending invoices to companies that I spend more than 15 minutes with customer service. Then send them to collections when they don't pay it. See how they like getting crap removed from their credit report. Then when they become of age they're left to figure out on their own and it's sad. We need to instill financial literacy and wealth into our children, not just living paycheck or paycheck or living right above the poverty line.

That invisible credit problem was what I ran into when I tried to buy my first car. Partner that with a parent with zero financial knowledge (who had to co-sign the loan so I could get the car) and I walked away with the worst ever in history interest rate on a junk car from some sketchy dealership. I'm on my way to having good credit by December and excellent credit by March. I have no choice because I'm 60 and having good credit will lead me to the life I finally DESERVE. that’s not true what guy is saying about credit “ Can’t get increase because of current credit $ you have on cards”. I know credit very well just erased $18,000 off my report (it took me 1 yr to do it but it’s finally done) and others i had accumulated during covid I had erased instantly. It all is based on the income you tell lender, that is why they check in and do reviews on your income every few years . Example: let’s say you had a great job at one point when you applied for card, Ex: you made 60k and they lend you $10k on a new card, years later they do review on your income and you claim you now earn $30 k. That card issuer can DECREASE lending dollar amt on card due to you admitting income lowered same vice versa when review is done and they ask about income you can say you now make $100,000k and get a INCREASE on top of the $10k. Im really good with credit deletion etc and cards. So please don’t really listen to guy. Also when you ask for increase it removes 3-5 points on your credit report. He doesn’t explain that either.

This happened to my son in NC. He was laid off during the pandemic, and assumed it was covid related. After he received the expanded benefits, he got a letter that his employer didn't let him go for the pandemic--they'd fired him. He was never told! He was expected to pay back the money--which had allowed him to rent an apartment and survive his unemployment. He fought it in court, and the court sided with him. But the former employer wouldn't let it go, and continued to insist he wasn't entitled to the benefits. If I could remember their name I would gladly shame them here. You have to at first build enough capital where you can have you basic living expenses eliminated through cash flow. Get to the point where you can afford a triplex that needs some work or utilize private money lenders(not hard money lenders) to get you in the deal, utilize brrr to refi them out, and from there you are off. Keep getting a few deals in, but if you make your first deal successful with your investors they will spread the word if you ask them who they know that would be interested in 10%. From there you decide where you want to go. Also this process will be either three to six months to get the capital from your deals if you are smart with budgeting. Depending on your connections, it could take a good while before you find a distressed multi so start building your connections beforehand, this is why 101 EXPUNGE is best hands down!!...

I don't consider renting passive income unless you have professional property management. Most people who rent don't count their time and effort needed just to make a tiny return on their massive investment. For example, you invest $599,000 to buy a second home and rent it out for $3000 a month. Let assume you are cash flow positive on the property and you make $1000 a month or $12,000 a year. What would your annualized return be? 2 percent on the entire amount. Now, you can argue that your return is much higher since you only put down $120,000 on the property. However, you are on the hook for the full $600k regardless of what the future FMV of the house is. Furthermore, people assume that their home will always appreciate in value however, this is a false assumption you can make. In the best case, you will gain some capital appreciation thanks to the central bank increasing the money supply, however, if inflation heats up, you can see your property actually start to lose money in real terms. This is because there is an inverse relationship between housing and nominal interest rates. The central bank will attempt to slow down inflation with higher interest rates and curb lending. We haven't seen inflation in a big way but we can see all the massive stimulus money that the government is pumping turn into inflation while taxes will be hiked to pay for all the COVID spending, your best choice is to look into crpto and JOECREDITSOLUTION,COM , Its the video.
Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. Interesting! I still think "credit score" is one of the greatest scams and discriminators of our time! When I paid off all my debt, my score went down significantly. Money in the bank, cash flowing paid for rental houses but nope, banks do not like that. No wonder the system went upside down! Ever. God married in early 80s, still didn’t know about credit. My husband never mentioned it and I was a stay at home mom, isolated.
Sadly, learned about credit in my late 30s. Bought first house in my late 40s. I’m still building my credit.

I'm 43yrs old, and if I had some of this information years ago, I would be in a better place. Listen, learn and apply what they are telling us. Right now my plan is to retire between 50-55. It was my understanding that the new business model does not prefer loyal workers that intend on staying put in their jobs. The new model is the "revolving door" of hiring new employees, using them while they are eager, then getting rid of them before it comes time for their raise. I don't see why any worker would tolerate that business model and there is backlash to that business model. No one cares about their jobs or the consequences of doing subpar work. Why should they?
