Loeb, for shure! Keep in mind the grp. A cars that replaced grp. B were already faster not too much time after grp. B was banned. Let alone a state-of-the-art actual WRC! ;)
@SSsacas : maybe some organisers ( as Michèle Mouton ) should give them a chance to show their abilities on group B cars on some mixt stages ( snow, gravel, asphalt, mud, sand ) !
Toivonen never drove an Integrale. He died in the Delta S4, before the Delta Integrale was released. Unfortunely, the Gr.B cars would be no match for the current WRCs in most of the stages. They were much more powerful, but way less effective.
I'm taking a guess on loeb, cars take nowadays allot on corners, the Group B monster, would maybe have faster top speed, but rallying is cornering, so I guess Loeb
@SSsacas : well, but the Gr.B still the most spectacular cars, and modern WRC rallies and cars are much more easier than in the Gr.B era. i'm not sure loeb would beat one of the great 80's champions as toivonen, vatanen, alen or rorhl
@maladsyko We'll never know that for sure, but I see people is quick to take all the credit from Seb Loeb. He's really one of a kind! But if he drove sideways (and he can do it, but it's pointless), he would be a God, like people tend to call to drivers like McRae, Ragnotti, and some of the gr. B drivers... It's sad to live in an era where we have the privilege to see a driver like Loeb to drive, but most people can't see how good he is...

The Mini's sound so amazing!!!!! Granted thats a bit irrelevant, but they still sound sort of like a small angry spitfire on the let off.

I think Toivonen in his Lancia Delta S4 not in the Delta Integrale cause the Delta Integrale came out after Toivonen died...
Altho average times on the KP's from Loeb are mostly higher compared to those of 1986.
Henri never drove the Intergrale, only the S4.
