It’s not even close. Reese is a one-dimensional player compared to Clark. Reese got another double double her last game. Guess what? Two other players got double doubles in the same game. Clark got another double double in her last game. It’s common.
Let’s talk when Reese gets a triple double, has double digit assists, and can match Clark’s blocks and steals.

Angel is an excellent forward, but a one-trick pony. By contrast, Caitlin is Secretariat, a true, exciting, exceptional, generational tallent.

For years the WNBA was ignored by the masses. Now the masses are watching one single player. The other players that have been playing are still being ignored by the masses. This is pissing off the players, the coaches, the administrators of the league. So they have banded together to go after her as a group - a total group effort.
The WNBA is constantly posting about the wonderful play of Angel Reese with her consecutive double doubles, (a WNBA made up record just recently) while ignoring all of the other players getting double doubles and Catlin's triple double. This is to serve one purpose, to take the focus of the masses off of Caitlin Clark. These efforts have failed and has only increased Catlin's popularity.
Double double is not a made up category. the NBA tracks them too.

Angel's stats show her to be a very good defensive rebounder (6th in the league) and a GREAT offensive rebounder (1st in the league, by a good margin. Interestingly, #2 is her teammate, Kamilla Cardosa). 90% of her shots are from 2 ft or less. This gives some weight to the accusation that she pads her points by missing layups and getting her own rebounds.

As the tournament move on CC is now getting her act on higher level She going to get more points and assist towards 30 points and assist to 20 while reducing the turn overs as her team mates will be more familiar with bullet ball passing.The 16 games at least 12 games when she achieve average 30 points and assist to an average 20 will seal the ROTY and possible MVP
CC current stats after 24 games as follows:
Points: 451 Ave: 18.8
Assist: 183 Ave: 7.6
Rebound: 141 Ave 5.9

Check out the stats on attendance, sponsorship, viewership etc. The WNBA has been in existence 28 years. It has never seen numbers like this. The Indiana Fever home games have more than tripled in attendance from last year. Overall attendance and viewership has more than doubled. Merchandise sales have exploded. Televised coverage has exploded. And look at the all-star voting numbers. Amazing. The previous high before was 98,000 votes for a single player. CC got 770,00 in her rookie year. I can't think of a professional player in any sport that has had this level of impact on their sport. Certainly not in woman's sports. It's all Caitlin Clark!
Lower the rim to 9 feet? nah. Add a 4 point line to both leagues. Oh and attendance needs to be a stat.

Is this even a serious question?! They are trying hard to sell Angel's Double-Double while CC already broke the record with her Triple-Double and she has been drawing crowds like never before. People, who never watched WNBA, do now like myself and not because of Angel but because of CC. When the Indiana Fever is coming to town, the city is already looking for bigger venues so they can sell more tickets. No city is doing the same when Angel is coming to town with her team. Look at the 4th quarter, this is when CC starts to shine. The team can be behind 10 - 15 points but she is in her "zone". Sometimes they win, sometimes they'll loose but watching her giving her all makes it all worthwile. I cannot say the same about Angel. Politically they will hand Angel the trophy but everybody knows, it should be CC.

yes she is 2 of the shots hit the bottom of the rim, because AR was standing right underneath it shooting up at the rim. AS long as it hits the rim it is a rebound.
Advanced stats say Reese is better and more impactful than Clark.

Clark needs to develop a mid level jump shot .I suspect if she was money front 12-15 feet her defenders could not press her three so hard.She is by far more skilled than Reese who has trouble shooting 40% from 2 feet.
She did make mid ranges field goal in her career in high school and college. In the WNBA, we saw a few videos where she did a mid level jump shot in the practice count, but not in games.
