I don't use specific dimensions when I make diaper cakes. I use whatever size box I have on hand. Sometimes, I have to cut them to make them the size I need them to be. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact dimensions for this because it was done several years ago, but I have done Jeep diaper cakes throughout the years, and I've used all different size boxes. I'm sorry I can't be of more help
I honestly don't know. I've never sold one. I always make them for family and friends whenever they have a baby shower. So I made this one for one of my best friends when she was pregnant.
I'm not sure about the total diapers, but I bought a case off of Amazon that were a size one. The number of diapers you use really depends on the size of the diapers.
