@@susansilvey1614 3 tablespoon calcium carbonate, 2 tablespoons bentonite clay (powdered), 1/2 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup Himalayan salt (fine ground), 2 tablespoons clove powder, 2 tablespoons myrrh powder, 2 tablespoons sweet cinnamon powder. It can all be purchased through Amazon. I've been using this recipe for a couple of years. You have no clue the film on your teeth until you remove it and the feeling is amazing. Oh... And I added a couple tablespoons of activated charcoal to my recipe for whitening and holy cow, that works too.
