j rvlvr so within the 400k, he "had"? or "wanted"? to replace everything on the list, BESIDE the clutch?!?! That doesn't make sense. How did the clutch out last the steering head bearing?!?! We're all these jobs done at the will of the motorcycle? Or the will of the owner? Why were all these parts replaced? Was it all necessary or was it just maintenance?

Had the pleasure of meeting Joe and Daytona 2017. Real nice guy,and his Gl has over 500k now. His options helped make the decision to go with Klock. hope to half the miles this guy logged.
Joe is what you call a genuine day tripper. I've been riding legally since 1968. I've had Brit bikes, Harleys and Indians, some chopped some stock,Italian,UJMs radical 2 strokes and tried most everything in between. I honestly have to say the GL1800 is my favourite of all time. I also never had my windshield on my 04 Wing above its lowest position so I would always see above it. I always thought you should be able to lower it even more to improve visibility when caught in a torrential downpour.
Joe, do you know Mr Mile Glenn out of new Prague Minn.? Over a million miles on one of his wings and 36,900 miles in 30 days. He called one christmas eve morning in New Prague and arrived for christmas evening dinner in Tampa, Fl. True iron ass!
Joe and guys know what you mean I have clockworks on new Harley road glide also love Hondas but fantastic windshield the flip up makes all the difference specially in rain
LoL this is awesome.. I did 4900ks in 10 days on my first Bike two years ago, since then I've done almost 75,000ks in two years and 9 months.. Touch Bike I'll be one of these old cats !!!
I own both an 02 Electra Glide and an 08 GL1800. My Harley is very dependable and is running as well as she did when new, with a recent cam chest and performance upgrade. BUT I wouldn’t take her coast to coast anymore. On the flip side, I wouldn’t bat an eye to take my GL to the moon and back. Just saying…….

When I seen this pull up in the recommended videos. I knew it had to be a Goldwing

Klock Werks looks great on the Wing. I use a MadStad Engineering on mine but both windshields are fantastic.

Minnesota bikers would love to invite you to take a trip up the North shore of Lake Superior it's absolutely gorgeous great places to camp and rugged
Never been around lake superior? I suggest july/August.
It's a Honda, enough said.......
Curious if this bike is still going
Curious is the Wing still going in December 2021?
HOW MANY VALVE ADJUSTMENTS DONE?
Try to do this with HD Electra Glide.😂😂😂
HD is only name but quality never like Honda Goldwing.
It can be done...with 4 engine rebuilds every 100k
Look up Scooter Tramp Scotty got the same or more on EVO ULTRA
@@glenryan6569 850k on his 88 evo never touched the bottom end if what he said was true. The 91 evo he is riding is 500k + I believe

what year is the bike. we have a member that put 42,005 miles on his in 2016 and they are 81 yrs old
That is absolutely no mouth whatsoever for going
Did anybody catch the name of the town in Missouri for the best fried chicken?
You should look up Phil Steiner
Hope my old Concourse lasts that long.
This vlog would view a lot easier Without the heavy rock backing
It’s kinda annoying that guy holding onto Joe’s map and yapping himself instead letting Mr. joe explain his travels.
If i ever needed that much wind protection, I'll take the bus instead 😂
yet nowhere close to the million mile harley hahah. believe me engine rebuild every 30k miles
