Hey! Typically, changing the soil in your potted plants should happen every 12 to 18 months. There are some exceptions that may change this timing. These include if you're moving a plant into a bigger pot because it's outgrown its current pot or if the soil has become very hard.

Could you please help me out to grow it healthy. What feed I can give if it is lack of nutrients. Shall I repot it in soil instead of sand? Thanks a bunch in advance.

I do have jade plant. But its growth is not much.
Insufficient light, irregular watering, poor soil quality can effect plants growth. Make sure these are right, your plant will grow healthy🌱
