What a groovy way to end 2023! A couple of creative choices really leveled up the musicality for me on this one: 0:35: The melody jumps back and forth across the rolling left hand, using the right hand (!) to hit the bass line 2:20 The walking bass absent of any ornaments brings a calm resolution to the prior build up 2:28 The melody again jumps in between each hand, gently layered underneath the bass and harmonies Happy new year!

What a nice way to end 2023 and have a happy new year Animenz! Not gonna lie, 0:10, that repeated notes imitating the lower voice vibrationsof the original was very unexpected,. And have to say, out of all your arrangements, the detail is more well shown in this arrangement. For example, the multiple voices in 0:40, the accented strong beat in the choruses, the sudden silence in 2:20, the groovy 2:27, the emphasised "WE R SPECIAL" in the end, really shows your improvement throughout your piano arranging career.
This arrangement highlights what I love so much about King Gnu in the first place. I love when your right hand changes octaves depending on which singer is singing the melody. Love the contrast between their two voices

I absolutely love that you explain your reasoning for your arrangement. Whenever I'm looking for piano arrangements, I realized that they tend to ignore the "drumming" parts of the song that contribute a lot to the mood of the song. Love the stuff.

It looks so fun to play with the jumpy right hand. I heard this song before but wasn't one of my favorites, but your arrangements always help to view the original songs out of a new perspective. I don't watch animes, but through your channel i found japanese music. And now 70% of my playlists are japanese songs (don't know if they are from animes). I'm even learning Japanese just to understand the lyrics. I also played some your songs(Avid, Kyouran Hey Kids, aLIEz, Merry go round of life, took very long though) and my piano teacher is amazed by every song of yours. My goal is to someday play most of your songs, I will probably do it my whole life, but it will definitly be a fun journey. Thank you
When I hear a song like this with a very diverse instrumental and crazy vocals, I think it would be impossible to convey on the piano the whole spectrum of emotions that the song encompasses. But, Animenz exceeds even the most daring expectations and listening to this piano arrangement makes me happy as a baby and amazed at the same time.

Amazing arrangement while originally I thought this song could be very hard to be rearranged in piano, yet amazing piano arrangement of Animenz makes the song grow on me. Really want to also listen to EDs 燈 and more than words

I was just thinking of how iconic and catchy this opening was, and “I wonder if Animenz will manage to cover it” because it doesnt sound immediately ‘pianistic’ if that makes sense. Needless to say, he blew me away again🎉🎉
He takes months at a time to arrange his covers, so he's probably still working on his next pieces. This level of arrangement can't be done in a couple weeks like a lot of other anime cover channels.
