- I invited Tommy to take COMPLETE CONTROL over various effects in my game...

Big thanks to the creator of "Chaos Mod" Pongo for making me this custom cursed version of the mod for this silly idea to come to life haha. As far as I'm aware this version is not public because of the nature of the control panel and web service used.

The GTA chaos mod could just be “invite Tommy” and we wouldn’t know the difference.
But the fact that Phil PAID MONEY to customize the mod to give Tommy more chaos leeway just enhances it

8:16 I like how he just exploded out of a blip, nearly fell to his death, and coincidentally fell into a mission where he just says “Hey” to his boss like nothing happened, and then you see the blip blowing up in the background.
It actually just plays the mission cutscene as part of the effect. It doesn't start a mission.
It’s intended. It’s a reference to a speedrun strat.
The creator of the Chaos mod added it in as a UA-cam called DarkViperAU who speedruns gta plays the chaos mod
