Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes (Kuti huwi Lal Mirch) 1 Tsp
All Spices (Garam Masala) Powder 1/2 Tsp
2 Bread Slices
Oil 2-3 Tbsp (For frying)
Ingredients for Boiled Rice:
Salt (Namak) 1 Tbsp
1 Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Darcheeni)
4 Cloves (Laung)
1 Star Anise (Badiyaan ka Phool)
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
Washed & Soaked Rice (Chawal) 1/2 kg
Ingredients for Cashew Paste:
Cashew Nuts (Kajoo) 18-20
Water 1/3 Cup
Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil 1/3 Cup
4 Green Cardamom (Hari Elaichi)
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) Powder 1 Tsp
1 Bay Leaf (Tez Pata)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Darcheeni)
2 Medium Onions (Piyaz) Chopped
Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 2 Tbsp

Biryani Masala 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder 1 Tsp

Yogurt (Dahi) 1/2 Cup
Cream (Malai) 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
Water 1/3 Cup

Khewra Essence 2-3 drops
