I really like these "How to" videos because you don't just say this is the line and expect everyone to take that line. Instead you show all the lines and discuss what they are like and more importantly the consequences, so the viewer can decide what they would do etc. Great videos and it's good you show what can go wrong on certain lines.

Futa would be lovely but I can't afford it this year. Ottawa in March is cooooold, levels could be anywhere any maybe still ice? April is probably high but cold still.
