Solution for the starting problem in my Benelli TNT 300. My Benelli was not starting due to some internal issue with the starter relay of the bike. Finally I solved the starting problem of my Benelli. Watch the full video to know more.

I had the same problem 1yr back. I also ordered the starter relay from Hyderabad. Another problem of erratic idling may crop up in your bike. I was frustrated with my Benelli TNT 300 which I bought from Delhi and brought here in my state Manipur by Air India flight. Starter relay problem came up in 5000 km. Then erratic idling with loss of power during riding came up in 7000 km. The problem turned out to be damped & rusted spark plugs. Don't know how water gets into the plugs when washing the bike in which the plugs are already tight. The problem is solved till now as I have installed NGK Iridium spark plugs recently. Tell me, if this problem comes up to your bike. Now, I think that I was stupid for buying TNT 300 after selling the new NINJA 300 after riding for 1000 km only.
My starter relay problem came up at 6k Kms...hope so the spark plug problem will come up soon then... The parts get rusted too quickly as I can see... Idk benelli is such a big company with premium parts, but why it's happening such... I never thought that I had to face so many problems before buying the bike... Anyways what's the cost of the NGK? and from where did you buy it? I'll keep in stock Incase anything happens during the ride.
@@TheCruiseLife It cost around Rs. 1500/- for two Iridium plugs. Bought from Amazon.

Hi really nice video.. I m having a problem with my benelli.. When I turn on the ignition and the kill switch there is no sound from the fuel pump.. Error code says fuel pump relay coil circuit low voltage or open.. My battery is new and with multimeter I checked the voltage at connector of fuel pump it shows 10.4 v and checked fuel pump for continuity it's shows good.. What could be the problem
Is there any sensor in that part?
@@TheCruiseLife I m not 100 percent sure but i think radiator fan or the oxygen sensor is connected with that wiring
@@infotainmentkart1996 O2 sensor is on another place. Radiator might me there. But I don't think it's problem with the radiator. It's better you check with the service centre.

What is this ignition coil fault ?

It's called relay unit ... The self start is dependent on this unit... When u turn on the ignition, the electromagnetic coils inside the relay takes the low power and distributes among the whole bike with a high power level to turn on the whole bike.
Today I was facing same problem with my 600i....how to fix it,, and fuel pump also not working,, jab hum ignation on karte Hai to fuel tank se avaj Ata Hai,, wo bhi nhi Aa Raha.... To problem relly me hoga ya fuel pump me......plz help me
Relay me agar hoga toh ignition karne se awaz ayega lekin start nhi hoga jaisa ki Mera hua... Nhi toh fuel pump me problem ho Sakta hai... Koi garage me jaake relay check karwao... Woh agar thik hai toh dusra problem hai.

Battery mein issue aa skta hai agar itna din nhi chalaoge toh... Woh koi bhi bike me ho sakta hai... It's better kisiko bolke atleast week me 1-2 baar agar start krwa skte ho then koi problem nhi hoga...

new fuel pump, tps sensor, oil filter, brake oil, air sponge filter, throttle body cleaning, washing, and the whopping bill of inr 22213
they are selling part double of its original price
and engine oil was provided by me, oil change done by washing guy, service done by a rider who brings bike in and out, he was about to rub sand paper on my iridium plugs, i immediately stopped him, there are best mechanics out there in whole mumbai, i ll never go back to thane service centre

Mine has just lost idle. Will start, but just won't idle when cold. I think it is either relay or fuel pump.
I think it's problem with the fuel pump... Because if relay is bad, then the bike won't start
No bro just check ur ingnition coil (spark plug cap) it would be cracked, u need to replace it.
