  • These are the most delicious rolls I've eaten this year! What's the secret? Cream (30-40% fat)
    Ingredients:
    160 ml cream (30 to 40% fat; at room temperature)
    240 ml milk (at room temperature)
    1 egg
    50 g sugar
    550 g to 600 g wheat flour (405; T45)
    2 sachets of dry yeast (11 g)
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 egg + salt (for coating)
    For the filling:
    Sugar to taste
    cinnamon
    raisins
