After 24 years, BJP has changed the government in Odisha. Odisha has got a new CM Mohan Charan Majhi from BJP. BJP has formed the government in Odisha for the first time and Mohan Charan Majhi has taken oath as CM. Actually, Mohan Charan Majhi is a strong tribal face of Odisha BJP. Odisha is a tribal dominated state and BJP did not want to take the risk of making a non-tribal CM here. In Jharkhand, BJP had made non-tribal Raghubar Das the CM. BJP could not return to power there after five years.
24 सालों बाद ओडिशा में बीजेपी ने सत्ता बदली है. ओडिशा को बीजेपी से नए सीएम मोहन चरण माझी मिले हैं. ओडिशा में पहली बार बीजेपी की सरकार बनी है और मोहन चरण माझी ने सीएम पद की शपथ ली है. दरअसल मोहन चरण माझी ओडिशा बीजेपी का मजबूत आदिवासी चेहरा हैं.ओडिशा आदिवासी बाहुल्य राज्य है और बीजेपी यहां गैर आदिवासी सीएम बनाने का रिस्क नहीं लेना चाहती थी. झारखंड में बीजेपी ने गैर आदिवासी रघुबर दास को सीएम बनाया था. भाजपा वहां पांच साल बाद सत्ता में वापसी नहीं कर पाई थी.
