    When I heard of the brushing technique of going from the bottom to the top, I started using it and it has saved my hair and my head from more pain too (I have such a low pain tolerance).

    You can shrink your invisibubble with hot water! Just put the invisibubble in a bowl and pour some hot water on it and it will shrink immediately! I enjoyed this video very much btw, love from The Netherlands ❤️

    I’ve tried almost every hair extension method out there, and honestly tape extensions are the ones that protects my own hair the most and doesn’t destroy it or make it fragile or anything, so I have to disagree that clip ins are the most “healthy”, but maybe it’s different for everyone. I have super fine and thin hair, and clip ins seems to pull more on my scalp and hair, and I often get headaches :(

    • @FancyHairTutorials
      @FancyHairTutorials  6 років тому

      hi love, i'm sorry to hear that! that's likely because the clips aren't designed for thinner hair types. Fancy Hair clips have been designed to be suitable for thin, medium and thick hair :)

    What if you have curly wavy hair that has high porosity? Is there any shampoos and conditioners out there that can help with that? Because hair with high porosity is so troubling it’s like your putting these healing products only to have your hair throw it away.

      I have curly hair and high porosity too and I know the struggle🙈😕 I can really recommend you using an apple cider vinnegar rinse after washing and conditioning your hair, aloe vera juce as a leave in conditioner and using a natural oil or butter in the end to seal all the moisture in💖

    I've got a great hack for you! If you put your old Invisibobble into a mug and fill the mug with boiling water - the Invisibobble will magically shrink and turn into its original size. You can use this hack for all hair bands made of silicone - over and over again 😉

    • @FancyHairTutorials

      wow!! i had no idea you could do that!! i'm definitely going to try it cuz i love wearing them on my wrist sometimes but mine is too big rn!

      Fancy Hair I always put my hair in a loose bun on top of my head with an Invisibobble before going to bed at night. I can't remember when I started using this specific Invisibobble but it's way more than six months since I bought it. It goes back to its original size every time I put in in a cup or bowl and add boiling water. I really hope that this hack will work for you as well 😉

    In case anyone doesn’t know, all plant foods have protein. You don’t have to eat meat to get protein

    • @FancyHairTutorials
      @FancyHairTutorials  6 років тому +10

      yes, plants have protein but you would need to eat a huge amount of plant-based foods to get a decent amount of protein to sustain your bodily functions

    • @scoriodes
      @scoriodes 5 років тому +1

      Kellz you do need to eat meat or supplement to get enough B12 though.

    First: "A couple of times a week I will have a 100% vegan meal. That's because sometimes I'm not craving protein."
    Then: "If you are vegan... Beans and legumes... I personally love pea protein"
    Either you formulated yourself poorly, saying "protein" when you actually meant "meat", or I'm confused and offended by that first statement. 🤨

    Tofu and other vegan meat replacements have as much and often more protein than animal products. Also plenty of iron in vegan Sunfed chicken (3x the amount in beef actually) Otherwise, Great video 😘

    Vegan meal because she’s not craving protein? What?

    • @FancyHairTutorials
      @FancyHairTutorials  6 років тому +2

      yes...some people crave protein. my body functions better when i eat more protein, but sometimes, if i'm not feeling it, i will eat a plant-based meal. maybe that makes more sense.

    • @valeriestree7005
      @valeriestree7005 6 років тому +4

      plant based meals can have just as much protein as animal products meals, hence the question, I suppose. Every food has protein - grains, legumes, vegetables, nuts and seeds etc. Some foods are higher in protein, like legumes, nuts, tofu, seitan, tempeh, some veggie burgers, brown ric
      e, quinoa, etc. Some less. But overall, if you eat a balanced meal you will eat enough protein. That's why it doesn't make sense to say when you don't crave protein you eat vegan.

    • @FancyHairTutorials

      no because the weight is not evenly distributed. it puts too much weight on your scalp in one area and suffocates the hair in that area
