They should have made this a series. The way they both fell in love was too fast and too early in the movie. You can really feel the chemistry between Alex and Henry.

Everything about this is iconic! I can tell that the film is going to be as cheesy, funny, and romantic as the novel. This romcom is definitely for the history books.

What’s the book called?
The book was pure joy and smiles with hardly any conflict until near the end. I'm sure they will heighten the drama for the movie but the sweetness and humor was the main draws for me. Their emails were beautiful. Looks good.

I love that Zhara added "Your Royal Highness" after threatening Henry in the hotel. I always felt that was missing in the book
It was so good!! I went into this movie without reading the book beforehand, thinking it would be a sweet but somewhat cringy rom-com. But after watching it I can honestly say that it has become one of my most favourite romantic movies ever. The love between Alex and Henry and the way it's portrayed by these incredible actors was so beautiful. Not only the main leads were incredible but the entire cast were brilliant. The stunning shots, wonderful direction and the incredibly lovely plot make this a solid 8/10 for me.
you should read the book you'll love it even more, there is way more to their story than what is shown in the film

You ever watch a movie multiple times and then just come back and watch the trailer and are like I remember which part of the movie that scene was
I was dying to watch this movie after I read the novel and oh boy! They did a fantastic job. The characters, the storytelling, the CHEMISTRY, the supporting cast, the cinematography, the SONGS. Its Legit PERFECT. I was grinning, gushing, swooning, blushing, flipping, honestly dying the whole time the leads are on the screen. Their bickerings, attraction, love, angst, passion, thirst, longingness of each other, the separation, their eyes when they together and the sense of peace that they found in each other is top notch. I am from India and trust me I want to watch it on big screen but all I had was a laptop. But nevertheless this film deserves all the hype, love and support. If you are hesitating to watch this, please don't. It's the BEST. You will be in love with the love of *ALEX and his ROYAL HIGHNESS*. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I read this book because my friend owns it and I’ve never fell so deep into a book before. It wasn’t cliche and funny. Not to mention you could literally tell the difference on how where they came from effected how they felt and communicated. I loved it and I squealed when I found out it was becoming a movie. So excited for this!

I just watched it. OH MY GOD! It was FANTASTIC MOVIE. It will be the number one on every valentine's day and christmas day from now on. It was romantic, beautiful, funny... I was smiling the whole time watching it and the scene in the museum just broke me to tears. LOVED IT. Thank you to everyone who worked on this movie. IT IS INCREDIBLY. Best romantic movie I have ever seen.

I read this book last year and they truly became my comfort couple. The trailer is so well done and the chemistry between the two WOW. Also the actors chosen fit the role perfectly. Its exactly like how i pictured it in my head.

Yeah I was nervous too. I’ve seen both of these actors before in horrible projects (The Kissing Booth, Purple Hearts) and I’m really hoping their acting will be better with a good story. So far it looks promising!
They aren’t exactly great actors to be honest but at least they got the looks. That’s enough for me lol.
I liked Nicholas Galitzine in Handsome Devil and wasn't even aware that he starred in Purple Hearts so I'm not sure how he did in that, but in Handsome Devil he played the repressed gay teenager fairly well.

Never have I ever watched a movie where I was both simutaneously shocked and relieved that a movie is still halfway through. Like goddamn. The rate their romance escalated felt like the movie was gonna end 1 hr in, and we still have another whole hour to process all'at and some extra stuff with perfect pacing..
Also, Never have I ever said that a movie has perfect pacing, while still LONGING for an inbetween moment from the Cake Incident to the New Years. They used their time well, sure, but I wouldn't mind getting that extra sauce of email flirts.

The biggest change that I’m aware of is that Luna and Liam have both been cut/their themes merged into one character, a reporter friend of Alex’s, to help the story be more succinct for a film runtime

I can say I am so genuenly excited for this movie. The two actors seem like they have so much chemistry and will work so well together.
It's not often that I root for sequels to books/movies that are meant to be stand alone, but I think this movie really deserves a sequel! The collector's edition of the book has an epilogue where Alex is pursuing his law degree, Henry is abdicating his position for succession to the throne and they are planning their wedding!! There's your plot for the sequel right there! Please make it happen, Amazon! Thumbs up if you agree!
