Boom Beach has a new dev team that's also bigger than the last one. They have been making regular updates (every 2-3 months) with new content and lots of features. The future of the game looks really promising since they announced that they will release 5 new HQ levels (the first of the bunch was released in late April) within the next 2 years.

The numbers say otherwise. Boom Beach was never too successful and it seems Supercell isn't trying to do anything with it. Nostalgia is very much not enough to keep a game running. Clash Royale is still getting a lot more updates, the controversies also still keep players engaged even if in a negative way. Your point about being able to just log in and keep the base progressing can completely be replaced by Clash of Clans. If one game is to be shut down, it is Boom Beach.

Brawlstars style animation and gameplay with charecters remaining the same as in their originals games instead of baby versions would have been great for squad busters. Feels a lot like a children's game.
The main problem of clash is that it feels like any purchase in the game is not worth it but they just keep putting pay walla in the game as if it's the solution, no one is gonna pay 50 bucks every time a new card appears and especially when the card will just get nerfed in a couple weeks or just be useless another new card appears

Tbh, I think Squad Busters has a chance to flop real quick if changes aren’t made within a month or two. First of all, it is extremely pay to win and with the mega system in place atm, a lot of the games content is locked behind a pay wall or at least to an extent. From what it looks like, even with much feedback on the system, megas aren’t going to change at global launch which I see as a bold move. Now I know that Paula has some creative power in the game and she did great work at brawl stars, so I know she is capable of keeping a game great and active. However if 30 million+ people are playing a game at launch and it isn’t satisfactory, that game is going to have trouble regaining traction. This is what happened with Clash Mini. The game was in a pretty bad state in its first launch, many players saw that and decided that the game wasn’t for them, or that they just don’t think it’s a good game. In the next few months and years the game improved immensely but it just didn’t matter, the people already had an opinion. Now I am extremely excited to get this game in my hands, I plan to play it a lot for a while, but as a free to play player, I just think that the pay to play track in the game is just not fair to us free to play players. Now, I can’t say much about the game until it releases, but this is just what I have gathered as I followed since soft launch and I hope this game succeeds, so I that many people give it a chance and stick with it so that the changes that need to be made can be made and be worth it.
Don’t now if Im the only one that feels this but I brawl stars for me started going downhill when they got rid of brawl boxes. I miss when you were so surprised when you got that one mega box with two brawlers and a gadget and you were freaking out. I wish I could go back updates and play old brawl stars.
If squad busters can make a good clan and friends sistem,i can see the game lasting for a while. I've been playing the game for a while and i'm plesently surprised. I tought the whole pvp aspect wouldn't work that well bcs of the lack of control you have but even with its mechanics,there is alot of variation in the atack strats that make it nice. All the game needs is a way to spread around. A duo or trio mode so you can play with your friends and maybe even a clan system I'm shure that the team will be able to deliver and polish every aspect before global. Also,i'm begging: add a 120 fps option. 60 hurts my eyes

I predict that squad busters will be 2nd worst only to boom beach. The players of all other supercell games don’t need to know about the other games to be a fan. And all games buy hay day have overlapping player bases, how brawl stars players often play cr or how coc players sometimes play boom beach. In order to download squad busters, you’d most likely have to be a fan of supercell. I really hope they introduce unique playable characters in squad busters to help separate it from supercell’s other games

I mostly miss the different modes of CR. They used to have a party mode in home screen. They moved it to events, but the rotation is much slower, and it's rare to just get triple elicxir, mega draft or mirror. Which were the main things I played CR for.

I think that Brawl Stars and Clash of Clans will never be shut down. There is so much to do in Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars has a very unique format. Instead of a strategy game like most Supercell games, they made it a battle arena style game. Squad Busters, Hayday and Clash Royale have a bit of chance of shutting down, while Squad Busters is a very unique game, i see it rushed for global. Hayday is like Clash of Clans but instead of attacking you just build as Hayday is like Clash of Clans but without the attacking feature. And while Clash Royale is Pay2Win i think the popularity and events they did in this year kept it away from shutting down for a few years. And Boom Beach for me should be shut down. Boom Beach looks like a ripoff from Clash of Clans, and they lost almost their entire community, in the past few years. The Boom Pass was also a failed attempt at saving Boom Beach, and it seems weird how all the passes in the other games have been for 4-5 years but the Boom Pass was just added a few months ago. Boom Beach just looks like Voodoo tried to copy Clash of Clans and they failed. So here are my statements: Brawl Stars: No shot it will shut down. Clash of Clans: A 0.000000000000000001% chance it will shut down. Squad Busters: Probably wont shut down but there is a tiny chance they will put it back to softlaunch for some updates and then launch it. Hayday: Could be shut down but it probably wont. Clash Royale: Could be shut down since 2020 it still has a chance tho. Boom Beach: How is this alive? Probably because Supercell will never shut down any global game.

I didn't knew it would be possible for supercell to make a more p2w game than clash royale, but they have outdone themselves with squad busters. I left it after 2 weeks, it's entertaining af but it's too luck based and the p2w aspect is crazy. You can use items/characters in a match that you've just bought before and it gives a player too much/many advantages against f2p players. And the game's progression system is wrapped around "win streaks" that you have to keep no matter what in order to keep progressing otherwise it will take an outrageous amount of time to catch up to the others that kept their winstreak(p2w), but ONE interaction is enough against a slightly p2w fella ingame and your winstreak is gone. And so is your progession. You can "keep it" if you pay so that also explains a lot. After a certain level it costs so much to "repair" the winstreak that a f2p can never get that amount of gold.
you'll probably hate me, but in my opinion, no one game can beat 2016-2017 clash royale it was just perfect: good community, there were no unbalanced cards, it was really interesting to play

Imagine pouring thousands of hours into a game and devs decide to shut that down. I don't think clash royale will shut down, it has very loyal core player base who will keep playing the game no matter how bad it is, even the community is running decent, it's not totally dead.
Apparantly Th15 was a experiment with a very high difficulty, and Th16 now with a very low difficulty. Maybe Th17 will be more balanced. Honestly, the biggest thing for me is that it's basically impossible to get maxed. I play CoC for like, 7 years, and I am still only halfway TH13.

Hay Day: Built for casual players its a great game to start if you want a break from other Supercell Games. 4/5 Boom Beach: Built if you are bored of Clash of Clans not a great game but not the worst. 2.5/5 Clash of Clans: Built for strategic players. This game is the 2nd best Supercell game though it is the worst for F2P at later stages but you can feel that grind pay off better at the least. 4.5/5 Clash Royale: This game I am starting to feel bad for cause I really want this game to be better but with each new update it just feels like another painful jab to F2Ps in general like me. It gets a 1/5. Brawl Stars: I might be glazing this game but its fit for all kinds of players, cosmetics for collectors, strategic playing for competitive, casual players can do either. And the pass gives so much bang for the buck (wordplay by Royale Team) that it feels worth it for both F2Ps and P2Ps. 11/10.

If squad busters can make a good clan and friends sistem,i can see the game lasting for a while. I've been playing the game for a while and i'm plesently surprised. I tought the whole pvp aspect wouldn't work that well bcs of the lack of control you have but even with its mechanics,there is alot of variation in the atack strats that make it nice. All the game needs is a way to spread around. A duo or trio mode so you can play with your friends and maybe even a clan system

I predict that squad busters will be 2nd worst only to boom beach. The players of all other supercell games don’t need to know about the other games to be a fan. And all games buy hay day have overlapping player bases, how brawl stars players often play cr or how coc players sometimes play boom beach. In order to download squad busters, you’d most likely have to be a fan of supercell. I really hope they introduce unique playable characters in squad busters to help separate it from supercell’s other games

I Remember that squad busters developers want to change the game app icon,and that they wanted to change It with shelly and barbarian icon,those two characters are from popular supercell games,tbh i don't like It,i mean i prefer the game icon that we have now, because adding an icon with only two characters that are from popular games is actually bad

I mostly miss the different modes of CR. They used to have a party mode in home screen. They moved it to events, but the rotation is much slower, and it's rare to just get triple elicxir, mega draft or mirror. Which were the main things I played CR for.

I think that Brawl Stars and Clash of Clans will never be shut down. There is so much to do in Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars has a very unique format. Instead of a strategy game like most Supercell games, they made it a battle arena style game. Squad Busters, Hayday and Clash Royale have a bit of chance of shutting down, while Squad Busters is a very unique game, i see it rushed for global. Hayday is like Clash of Clans but instead of attacking you just build as Hayday is like Clash of Clans but without the attacking feature. And while Clash Royale is Pay2Win i think the popularity and events they did in this year kept it away from shutting down for a few years. And Boom Beach for me should be shut down. Boom Beach looks like a ripoff from Clash of Clans, and they lost almost their entire community, in the past few years. The Boom Pass was also a failed attempt at saving Boom Beach, and it seems weird how all the passes in the other games have been for 4-5 years but the Boom Pass was just added a few months ago. Boom Beach just looks like Voodoo tried to copy Clash of Clans and they failed.
So here are my statements:
Brawl Stars: No shot it will shut down.
Clash of Clans: A 0.000000000000000001% chance it will shut down.
Squad Busters: Probably wont shut down but there is a tiny chance they will put it back to softlaunch for some updates and then launch it.
Hayday: Could be shut down but it probably wont.
Clash Royale: Could be shut down since 2020 it still has a chance tho.
Boom Beach: How is this alive? Probably because Supercell will never shut down any global game.
personally, I quit everything except brawl stars since skill matters more than money, and it also feels the least repetitive. Squad busters is just showdown with more characters imo

I didn't knew it would be possible for supercell to make a more p2w game than clash royale, but they have outdone themselves with squad busters. I left it after 2 weeks, it's entertaining af but it's too luck based and the p2w aspect is crazy. You can use items/characters in a match that you've just bought before and it gives a player too much/many advantages against f2p players. And the game's progression system is wrapped around "win streaks" that you have to keep no matter what in order to keep progressing otherwise it will take an outrageous amount of time to catch up to the others that kept their winstreak(p2w), but ONE interaction is enough against a slightly p2w fella ingame and your winstreak is gone. And so is your progession. You can "keep it" if you pay so that also explains a lot. After a certain level it costs so much to "repair" the winstreak that a f2p can never get that amount of gold.

Apparantly Th15 was a experiment with a very high difficulty, and Th16 now with a very low difficulty. Maybe Th17 will be more balanced.
Honestly, the biggest thing for me is that it's basically impossible to get maxed. I play CoC for like, 7 years, and I am still only halfway TH13.

Boom Beach: Built if you are bored of Clash of Clans not a great game but not the worst. 2.5/5
Clash of Clans: Built for strategic players. This game is the 2nd best Supercell game though it is the worst for F2P at later stages but you can feel that grind pay off better at the least. 4.5/5
Clash Royale: This game I am starting to feel bad for cause I really want this game to be better but with each new update it just feels like another painful jab to F2Ps in general like me. It gets a 1/5.
Brawl Stars: I might be glazing this game but its fit for all kinds of players, cosmetics for collectors, strategic playing for competitive, casual players can do either. And the pass gives so much bang for the buck (wordplay by Royale Team) that it feels worth it for both F2Ps and P2Ps. 11/10.
