Dude gotta thank you so much, i started watching ur vids last season and i was a silver 3 rengar 1 trick, now im plat 3 with great mmr and still climbing, getting 24- 26 lp per game and i can play all roles besides ADC now. I always had some skill but i ALWAYS threw games after getting fed, but now i go into games confident i can win and i'm almost sure i can get to diamond this season no prob. Def the best instructional vids on YT.
Always good to watch one of your videos. I, personally, don't know of any other hard theory videos for general strategy and gameplay fundamentals like this one, thus I am always happy when there's a new upload going on. Thanks so much for the content.
eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=iT%C3%B3xic+TH7 and here is a screenshot with this video in the background of me in lobby. imgur.com/a/wGVtd I've used discord/summonerschool and these series mainly to reach my D5 in preseason, I have a screen of that somewhere also, could provide EDIT: Also you can check my games on op.gg to see that I play with diamonds
a full support guide not just laning . but what to do when your adc is bad or when you are losing the lane . mage supports tank supports etc . ^^ and thank you guiding us about league. keep the good work up
ez answer. dont play supp in low elo. if your so good play carry roles till your at least plat. adcs are 2 retarded untill then. once u get plat 90% of adcs have a drcent enough iq to work wit
First thing you need to just assume you are a bad support if you're in low elo people mistake that the support is so easy to function that you don't need skills in low elo and they assume it's adc role to carry him ... but the supp is actually in high elo (diamond 3 and above) the hardest lane and require so much knowledge .. you can't main 1 support in high elo and you can carry your whole team if you played with diamond support skills .. i played against smurf thresh and he litterally carried his really bad draven adc and feeding mid and the top that got destroyed in early game ... just learn the role and treat it as any role in league .. learn how to vision control and how to roam as support and trading stances and ask your adc to lane control by small talks like don't push and i'll zone .. or hard poke and push or anything .. actually a good support can easily 1v9 but people misunderstand that
The first point might be a bit misunderstood. It might come off as that both parties need to always be at the same section of the lane, while they just need to be the same distance from the objective. (in other words, from creating pressure) Which can mean different parts of the map depending on how far you've already pushed a certain lane.
little tip: If you're in danger of getting collapsed on as a split pusher, go out of vision and start recall. if someone shows up, complete it. If no one shows on the map, keep repeating the process. This lets you escape easier because it potentially shortens the time of your recall animation.
+johnnyhobo94 this is a great tip. Just ensure to recall in the bush, often if you do this and they cut you off, even if you cancel you die or they can cancel you from afar.
he man. Ive watched all your videos and they helped me improve A LOT. I went from gold to plat, winning games on knowledge rather than skill. There is still one subject that still isnt clear for me, even tho I have more then 3k gsames played.. minion aggro. Can you do a video on this subject? Since it has a big impact on the early game and there arnt any good videos on the subject yet. keep it up!
It's just faster to tp to a fight if your team gets 5v4'd instead of just running there. You have to look and decide whether its better to take tower or show up a little late and help.
TF ult is faster, which is nice. Often I will try to only split one lane away (if team is top, I go mid), instead of if team is top, then when I go bot, my ult can't reach far enough. Just a small thing to keep in mind.
tl;dr indepth vision and how you do it and target priorities when to ward the objective and the positioning when warding like when people call for baron theres usually back and forth ward wars in the baron river for every 30 seconds in between or decision making when to use certain skills in a certain matchups or teamfights for example when you are using lulu, whats the main factor deciding when to use W to enemy or to ally or you should save it for later / exhausts when should you exhaust when chasing a lot of enemies
Love your videos! i was hoping you could make a video about how Mids can get still get CS after lane phase, i feel like over half my games i will have someone in mid lane grabbing it before i do, or they shove it to a point were im unsafe to get it. If I have tp then i can roam to a different lane, but then i feel like im taking someone elses CS or im not there to fight with the team. And in alot of times I dont leave at the "correct" time and stay to late to either get picked off or my team dies. I've gotten up to platt multiple times but i always feel like this has been a problem me and alot of other people have. Thanks!
Hey unswlolsoc, I'm a Mid Diamond Zed player but I struggle to understand what to do if they put a tank against me. Would I be right to assume that I have to trust my team to win the 4 vs 4 because the tank is a better teamfighter than me or am I supposed to rotate after I push the wave in and hope for a catch?
do you have any midlane champions that you would recommend for splitpushing? i'm currently playing a lot of Annie but I don't know if she splits very well or not?
Ideal split pushers need to have the following criteria: 1. Strong duelers (E.g. fiora can easily 1v1 or even 1v2) 2. Strong disengage/ escape (E.g. high mobility or high survivability) Bonus. Fast wave clear (the faster you can push the more pressure you apply on the map, so Tiamat or protobelt are key purchases) Also ask yourself: am I stronger alone or with my team? Annie might be able to burst someone in a 1v1, but frequently a split pusher draws 2+ enemy champions. Can she disengage? probably not since she has no built in mobility or resistances. If the enemy is smart, then they'll send the people who can't get one-shot by annie to deal with the split push. And then we have to take into account that annie has really strong team fighting potential with her passive + R or +W. Typically, a control mage won't be an ideal split pusher. So if you want your team to split push you're most likely going to have to play an assassin or leave it to your top laner (or maybe jungle); someone like ahri isn't the worst choice, but it's definitely not the best. TF is probably the mage exception due to his ult, but won't have the best time if they focus him rather than the rest of your team. Zed, Ekko, Talon, Kassadin are all pro1lific split pushers. They have built in mobility and wave clear and by definition are able to 1v1 most of the enemy team. Lastly, when you split remember: the purpose of splitting is coordinated pressure. If you team isn't pressuring somewhere else on the map, then you need to be cautious pressuring your part of the map. Survival is paramount: you can't pressure if you're dead, so if you're an assassin, you don't need to 1v1 the tank than answers. You can either switch lanes to split, join your team to force a 5v4 (since someone is responding to where you applied pressure), or back off a little and wait for them to leave after clearing minions and reapply your split pressure. GL
Teleport smite yi was meta for a while. There were a bunch of high ELO players that were running it about a year ago during the sated devourer meta. Reason is because you can permanently power farm jungle and TP to gank/countergank without having to pay the opportunity cost of looking for ganks. Now that no jungle stacking item exists, it's not great, but if the Yi wants to farm without conceding map pressure it can be OK.
check out his farm advantage when you can see the scoreboard where hes anivia .. even thoug anivia is easy farming that is a pretty huge lead on everyone else
So glad you made a new video
Excellent video. Thanks for the tips. Your voice and music choice are relaxing and easy to listen to as well.
welcome back to youtube unswlolsoc

^^^ Agreed! It'd also be great to have some sorta section on how to successfully get your team to listen - as the support ;)

Love ur content PLEASE keep it up
He's back!
Omg Welcome back :^)
He is back
great video but I was wondering how having tp would affect split pushing
It's just faster to tp to a fight if your team gets 5v4'd instead of just running there. You have to look and decide whether its better to take tower or show up a little late and help.
Kinda how he used Tf Ult
except that tf ult has a limited range and tp doesnt
even if you don't plan on using it, just having a tp up creates pressure when splitting. plus it increases your options - to fight or not to fight.
TF ult is faster, which is nice. Often I will try to only split one lane away (if team is top, I go mid), instead of if team is top, then when I go bot, my ult can't reach far enough. Just a small thing to keep in mind.
Can you make a video about tanks? How they should behave in teamfights, when to zone, when to peel
tl;dr indepth vision and how you do it and target priorities
when to ward the objective and the positioning when warding
like when people call for baron theres usually back and forth ward wars in the baron river for every 30 seconds in between

lol at 5:35 "did you unmute me?"
How do you identify which team is at a deficit after you identify how many tanks are on the enemy team? that portion is a bit unclear.
If League of Legends was just this, I would have much more elo than I have. XD

Wait... but why does Master Yi have teleport though?
Teleport smite yi was meta for a while. There were a bunch of high ELO players that were running it about a year ago during the sated devourer meta. Reason is because you can permanently power farm jungle and TP to gank/countergank without having to pay the opportunity cost of looking for ganks.
