The truth is i also have the z06 and can 100% get the zr1.I really like the N/A of the z06. The other thing to consider really how much faster will it be. A second more in quarter?
Great video guys! A couple of things here though. First, All C8 ZR1 coupes will have the cooling vents above the rear quarter panel not just the ZTK packaged ZR1 coupes. Tadge said so in one of the reveal videos. You can also see this on the little 3D ZR1 simulator that you can play with on chevy’s website. Lastly, has anyone ever thought that Chevy didn’t change alot of the things that you hear everyone moaning about (front bumper, rear bumper, an even wider body, etc) so that they can keep the car around $150k base price so more enthusiasts can actually afford to buy one? The more they would have changed the higher the price.

The hood already exists and has for a few years now, it's not functional but looks just like this so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before we see all of this aftermarket.
The constraints on most GM products are due to supplier issues related to political policy. Chevy had every intent of smooth production lines with no hassles and trade free policy. The C8 was conceived in a free trade policy world, and that changed radically after the introduction. GM and their suppliers from China had to follow new guidelines to import material. GM was THE first company to partnership with China on automotive development, and it advanced the industry like nothing ever before it. This is the industry standard now in 2024 by all manufacturers.
I think the Zorra will be an entirely different car from the corvette but built on the same platform. I’m predicting min 1500hp ! Carbon fiber incorporated into the frame and most of the body panels. It will be around half a $million

I was really hoping that the Zora would be the finale to the high performance ICE Corvettes and be "special" distinctive hopefully in body design (front and rear) to some extent. It should have different tailights. If it is what we are expecting, as Justin says, it may just be a virtual package. I suspect that the Zora will get more carbon fiber body parts to offset the greater weight. I wonder what follows the Zora. Will it be the C9 that is hybrids to all electric with another cycle of high performance EV oriented cars? I like the split window.
Why constraints on colors? Makes no sense...why can't they produce more of these colors? Are these pigments rare? For that matter, what is happening that other options cannot be produced...I thought Covid was over and people are back to work. I want other color stitching for interiors. Why not red with natural? I'd be happen to pay extra. How long before the ZR1 wing becomes cloned and it just might be the practicle way to get one...even for your Z06.

@@chriskolaska897 I live in Canada Over $250000 actual price Plus all your taxes all the other Stupid things that you gotta pay in Canada And they want 200000 over MSRP And they can't guarantee the car to you Cause if someone offers more money they'll sell it to them Dealerships in Canada really screws you over It's over a $150000 for a fully loaded diesel truck

It all starts with finding an honest dealer that doesn't play with adm. Difficult but if you really want the car you can find em. Even in canada.
