I was able to visit the once a month, walk through, food pantry again. I am overwhelmed by the amount of food they share and we are beyond blessed!
If this is your first time, my name is Laura and I am always wearing my frugal pants! We are a family of 4 with one coming in April. We have too many pets to count who often make an appearance in some way.
On this channel you will find food pantry hauls, cook with me videos, organizing and food prep. I am beyond awkward and ramble a little too much but hope this is your style and you keep coming by!
I remember once an older man said “look at all your good helpers, you are a blessed momma”. It made me feel like I was doing something right ❤❤❤
I love that! It's always a metal struggle (for me at lest) thinking I'm not doing enough or not doing it right. So comments like that mean so much more than the person even realizes.
I cant believe the quantity and variety your food bank provides, so awesome
We love those impossible burgers! Yumm easy to season up and use for anything
Don't take comments about your hands being full as a negative. It is a compliment. Maybe look at it differently.
I have three children and hear the same thing. I say you should see my heart and they are speechless
Mom of five....i totally get you!! Its like oh im sorry for you you have all these kids....like no people we made the decision to have these children relax.
Right! I love them but sometimes it's crazy and I tell them I am going to run away for a diet coke but I wouldn't trade them for anything!

I think that is a term of endearment from people when they see this. You cant be stressed about this!! I had 3 boys and did always have my hands full!! Dont" feel " about this its not a big deal
I know it was a silly feeling to have for some reason it just had me doubting my parenting that day.
I take it as a pat on the back endearment too.

Yes! Thank you! I think the changes with the little girls transitioning into new sleep schedules and milestones - as well as normal life - just made me have a moment. But I wouldn't change the busy for anything!

My 2 children also 2grandkids all hands walking down store aisles. I finally gave up and pushed cart right down center out of reach 😅

I am a mum of three. I have two in school (8 and 7). When I go shopping with all of them it is a mission. We ALWAYS have old people stop us. I understand they are usually old and lonely and love kids but I just want to go in, shop and get our. Yes my hands are full, so do not comment!
My youngest is also 3 and in age 5-6 clothing because we are all very tall. If one more person asks me why he is not in school I may scream.
I am also the mum who if I see someone in know in the shop waiting to pay I will go ‘I’ll hold your kid’. It’s a small place so this is our ‘parent agreement’.
Shopping in bulk to stock up and not having to go to the shop is what works for us! I love videos like this. Keep doing them because I watch when I am doing my list and I always realise I forgot to write something down!
Thank you for this! I got a few comments that made it seem like I was being rude, which was not my intention. It was just a moment in mom life that I know many others feel. Sometimes people don't realize what a simple task can turn into!
My husband is 6'4 and my almost 2 year old is in a 12 months!! She didn't get any of his tall genes!

No judgement on your hair - it's cute and I like your glasses. Fun style. I have lived a very long time with curly hair and I just let it decide what it wants to do every day. Done with fighting it . Nice pantry haul. Good for you :)
I have straightened my hair fas long as i can remember. Having my hair natural is so weird to me. I am having to accept that my hair is now it's own being 🤣

No, we usually drink most of the milk. I don't can any extra. I have seen it and such a good idea.

Huel is the brand. My vegetarian daughter gets different flavors of Huel. She loves it. You can make it as individual servings, or a bigger batch.

Don’t be so sensitive jeez!! Focus on the blessing you are getting and not your perceived negative .
I would love to not be sensitive, but feelings don't always do what you want them to.
Of course your hands are full..you know they are and folks are just stating the obvious..I think it's their way of "excusing " the same actions you feel called out for. Try not to see it as a negative.
So, sad you can't see people are trying to compliment you for how you can do it all. You need to be more kind to those people.
I wasn't unkind to anyone at all, I smiled and agreed with everyone who talked to me. I was sharing how it made me feel in the moment and that while I understood the comments it made me feel like I was not parenting well enough.
I would never intentionally be rude to someone.

She just got her first 2 within the last month. But, she has always just eaten what we eat, cut into appropriate sizes.
First time I've seen a video of yours, you seem sweet, but please get new glasses that fit hon, your talking you can see your nose gets plugged and you hear it when you talk and before you say your sick, no it's also from your glasses plugging your nose, glasses need to stay on the bridge of your nose... Just saying as a momma it's a irritation you have and don't know it, how much time your taking all day to push your glasses up... So just a big help for a busy mama, one less thing to do with your hands a day 😉💙
Thank you, I have a bunch of glasses but refuse to let me small nose keep me from funky frames. I do have ones with the nose pieces.
