To be fair to the people who didnt respond and let him go off with Darla when he was "dressed nicely", Darla's reaction was super different. She acted (very well btw) like she was afraid of the guy in the 2ns scenario. So it would be way different
I was thinking the same thing
And the guy say much more . When he was dress nicely he just say i am her dad come on lets go.
And with the guy who did try to stop him when he was dressed nicely, he actually used the name she'd just given the stranger. So that added to the belief that it was her dad. He probably would have continued to stop things if that wasn't the case.
EXACTLY>.. glad someone noticed it.. it was scripted in a way that people in first situation ended up behaving the way they WANTED them to behave
The girl didn't even deny it when he was wearing the business suit
Ikr.. like when he was in the homeless type suit the girl denied that he was the parent. So this a is a bad social experiment , but it still was interesting tho to see the reaction.
@@iftakharahamed6500 wdym "Bad Experiment" lmao, it shows that people react differently based on what they look like / wearing. I thought it was quite fascinating honestly.

In the last one. Darla told the guy that it wasn't her dad that's why they were so intense.

You did an extremely good job of proving that the vast majority of random men you meet on the street are good guys.
You also made a very good case for excusing police profiling, as soon as you started to look and act shady everybody questioned you and when they got unsatisfactory answers challenged, a very good argument for the legitimacy of profiling.
Idk dude. Guy at 3:20 I don't think was going to help her
@@aurora8749 He literally did begin chasing him in his runaway with Darla back then-
What does that explain?
He legit was the only one that kept a decent distance from the girl throughout their conversation by the way, and others went like... too close to her, felt kinda awkward.
But you're right, his looking about around him just scared the shit outta me 3:25 fuelled my sus.
But she acted differently with both men so its not a good argument for profiling. With the first guy in the suit she wasn't panicking and wasn't refusing to go with him but the second guy she was and obviously that's why those guys stepped in big time. Nothing to do with the clothes they were wearing, it was how she was reacting.
@@Katie-rx8ql It's fair to say that her reaction to them could have had an effect, but it remains that the primary judgement was made off of the look he was projecting.
In the end it was a very good argument for the effectiveness of profiling as you see what appears to be legitimate passed by relatively unchallenged and politely and things that did not seem right were challenged to a greater degree.
Remember that socially it's improper to openly challenge people, and in the wrong place or the wrong time it can cost you dearly so the ability to profile situations correctly is extremely important on top of being pretty effective.
That last dude was very protective, he was not letting that kid get kidnapped.
if it was a stranger why would he know her name is darla like??? obviously that’s why some people gave her away quickly
Sometimes kidnappers just think of a name quickly and say it.
CHOCOUIT UWU no because before the “kidnapper” came she confirms that’s her name to the person
They could've been chasing or following the child.
They could be stalking the child
It’s not a fair test at all.
no one is talking about how good she actually can act.
All she had to do was fake cry and use a whining voice. All 4 or 5 year olds like her are skilled in the art of being little bitches so I wouldn't say its anything special.
Eh? There's actually a comment somewhere out there regarding it and is overloaded with like 17K+ supports.
@ King The girl is ~4 years old. "Bitch" isn't learned until at least 20.
I really feel sorry for any children you're around. Verbally abusive, are you?
@@lorriefinley3129 You sound like you have no experience with children at all. Almost as if you've never even met one. From BIRTH, children are selfish. That's the best way to describe it. It's in human nature to be selfish, but good parents teach their children to follow certain morals. At 4 or 5 years old, you haven't lived long enough to fully understand these morals so you're innately going to be selfish. And if you've ever been around a 4 year old, you would know they whine and throw fits when they don't get what they want. So all I'm saying is that she is experienced in whining and crying, so it doesn't take any acting "skill" to play her role here. And you tried to personally attack me. Good job, I guess? Don't know why you had any motivation to do that other than personal anxiety. A need to feel superior. That's also in human nature.
i agree

Ari's Corner XD
Ari's Corner not gonna lie the way he took the girl away looked really sketchy, like kidnappers do that not parents.
Lucinda Joy vdbhd gg
Lucinda Joy You must be sarcastic.
“Um I don’t know”
Jacobs Gay HAHAHAHA, LMFAO.
2:46 true act of kindness, I can tell he really wanted to make sure she was safe.
Last one made me tear up. With fear and relief.
Was there someone else doing the filming? If so, why didn't they step in to stop the guy who put the guy on the ground? He could have been seriously hurt. Those guys weren't messing around.
Here's why people thought that the guy in the suit was the dad and the "casual" guy was a kidnapper:
-The girl says to the people that her name is Darla, when the suit dad arrives he calls her Darla.
-The suit dad and girl have "matching" clothes, dressed nicely (the girl with a nice bow on her hair). The casual dad is too dressed down compared to the "daughter". Also the casual dad is wearing shades and a cap which might give the impression that he is trying to hide his face.
-The girl doesn't resist when the suit dad takes her with him, but does resist when the casual dad does.
-The casual dad acts suspicious: says that the girl is his friend's daughter (he's giving red flags so people react), runs away with the girl in his arms when people want to confirm that he is in fact the dad, etc.
-The girl says that the casual guy is NOT her dad, cries and tries to run up the stairs (completely different behaviour than with the suit dad).
People's reactions were manipulated just so this channel could say "every year this many kids get kidnapped blah blah appearances are deceiving blah blah" and get some $$$ out of it.
SNSD yeah you're right
Good job for pointing it out even tho a lot of comments are saying that
SNSD you wasted your time typing that. Those things can actually happen. Children that young don't understand what's going on sometimes and they could just walk off with some stranger willingly.
SNSD He said her name in both situations.
Your right
The last guys were so amazing on how they worked together to save that little girl and even when the guy told them it was a joke they were still skeptical❤️🙏🏻everyone who sees something like this happening should be like those two men❤️❤️
That last one was unexpected. They just jumped right in like FBI cops.
I think it's sweet the way men soften their voice and make themselves child height to talk to her
