hey there, congratulations! Can you make a video on what questions we should prepare for our interview? How did you answer your questions in a structured manner and how a person should answer the question "Tell me about yourself" especially if a person has no experience and starts with a new internship,.. That would be really helpful.
Hi Rishabh! firstly congrats on your internship! wishing you the best in your career! I would appreciate your advice on the situation of one of my friend, he is starting college and he has to financially sustain himself due to inadequate support from his family, He is a creative person and loves design! what could be a reasonable roadmap (from courses/upskilling to a internship) for him to follow and grow i this design career? Thanks!
Hi, Akarshan, Thank you. For your friend, I will suggest taking a "Google UX Design Professional course" on UA-cam. They have a complete playlist with very good content and focus on design thinking processes and design principles. Watch other designers how they think, how they do research, how they solve problems, how they design, and keep practicing. It will be enough. He can find all these things on UA-cam.
@@rishabhparochi thank you for the recommendation! I assume the best way to then get experience and internships is internshala/cold emailing startups with your portfolio? And lastly what's your advice on paid cohorts like 10kdesigners ?
@@aakarshan4644 To get an internship, first you need to make a portfolio with at least 2-3 projects. I will recommend adding projects for both web and phone versions and also including one mobile application. Then you need to create a professional resume. Do not add any graphics or colors to your resume; it should be text only. Show what you have designed so far in bulletpoints. And then start applying on Internshala; it is the best platform to find internships.
Hello my field is mainly related to academics but I want to get into ui design as in todays world having skill is always a bonus. So my question is once I'm proficient enough with the software can I create my own projects and showcase them in my portfolio?
Hello, Yes, you can, creating your own projects is a great way to build your portfolio. Also, consider learning UX because UI and UX are closely related, and understanding both will help you design better, more user-friendly interfaces.
Hi brother can you make a video on how you got your clients for freelancing it will really helpful for me and those who are willing to do the freelancing projects.

@@pratik2777 I will recommend you do at least graduation. I’m not working for any company at the moment. I’m a freelance designer, and I collaborate with clients from different countries to help design their products.

@@techh9171 they wanted high fidelity prototype for every possible screen for all the 3 apps.
