Could've shown better awareness. Irwin still full of adrenaline, imaging the consequences of catching a slow and inexperienced rider at a different corner (like Station). These are potentially life and death decisions for the organizers to take. It's good for the sport to allow such important comments from the riders ✌
I was amazed listening to bbc broadcast over tannoy system trackside over speaker system….originally we had Lee Johnston a superb commentator talking about tactics , bikes, strategy… replaced by a lady “expert” who was obsessed with how often men went to the toilets before a race.. she said nothing knowledgeable.. great on men going to toilet though.. PC , BBC replacing real experts with jokes.
🤣🤣 the world has gone crazy mate.. it's like this in every sports now 🤦♂️ but Lee was great to listen too! Awesome man, just a shame he ain't at the tt 🏍💨🔥
DIE = diversity, inclusion and equity. Find the least qualified and most ignorant person to address the audience. Why the Cultural Marxists think that anyone at all wants this style of commentary I don’t know. I wouldn’t be upset for example if they invited a former women’s Olympian cyclist, because at least you’ve got a competitive person, if they were interested, I reckon they’d learn quickly and be welcomed as well as respected for their own accomplishments.
The footage is brilliant, but the commentators seem to think they have to make pronouncements about what is ABOUT to happen (but it's not so) and it would be FAR preferable if the English pair weren't gabbling the whole time. The quieter (Irish) commentator had by far the most useful things to say. Will someone tell them?
The Irish guy is a current road racer, Lee Johnson, recovering from injury. The English guy who’s loudest, Steve Parrish, onetime teammate of Barry Sheen.
Thanks for uploading these!
No worries 👍 🏍💨💥
Great to find these. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome coverage of an Awesome place to Race…✨🏆✨
Just discovered your channel. Subscribed and feasted on your work all weekend! NW is awesome thanks for your work!
No... thank you for the support 🙏 it means a lot 🏍💨💥
Cheers from USA. Sad for Todd and BMW... unfortunate timing to catch that back marker. Fun watching the BM close down that Panigale
Fricken back markers always seem to pop up at the worst time ….these guys are insane, insanely skilled with balls made of lead!👍🏼👏🏼✌️
What a fantastic race, I feel so bad for Todd. Worst spot to run into lap traffic. Proud of both riders. 👍🇺🇸🗽🇬🇧🗽🇮🇪👍
If you are getting lapped less than 6 laps in you don’t belong on the track. In this grouping.
Great race, would love to see races like this take place in Scotland. 😉
Needing to remove that mullet Davy...we're down to 10ths of a second, that's long hair, especially pulling out of a slipstream
Plus , the 1980’s werent that great as far as hair styles were concerned.theres no need to try and bring that look back 😂✌️
What a great course the NW is
Thanks kind sir
Wtf... David tood rinding a Ducati Superleggera? 😱😱
Poor old back marker getting some bad press! Hardly his fault….

Except it is his fault and the organizers.
Anyone know if the Isle of Man TT is going to be live streamed?
Yes mate, on the tt app, but it's nearly £20 for it, but it's worth every penny 🏍💨💥 you get live racing and all practice 👍

14:20 Don't take that commentary out of context!

Eleven wins tends to do that, I guess.
He’s happy and proud of his accomplishment. It’s his right.
