Sorry to say , don’t listen to this advice , please re think , when u reach 45years , the process of land and home will be sky high , even ur sip and other investments won’t work so this is the time to make own home . Home is an emotional investment and a place to feel like a home !! Even if you think about investment , even a flat with good location will get improve in the ROI and prices will be high , .. these people simply say things like .. don’t buy home , put it in SIP etc , until that SIP grows , you will be on road !
