No one deserves to have their experience ruined by a bunch of toxic players.
@@Dina19929 I literally had a match just like this a few days ago. First chase of the match, a David ran and jumped in a locker, Nancy ran over and pointed at the locker. I downed the Nancy and hung her up so she gave up on hook. David actually bagged her on the hook, I laughed so hard. I made sure David escaped. Lol
Killer main here. Sometimes if I see a cheater I will tunnel or camp them then let the other 3 win just to spite them or if we have 2 players disconnect I will just let the remaining 2 win. I've seen tons of TTV players who have disconnected from me or used cheats such as lag switching. TTV players are in majority toxic in DBD.

As someone who has been bullied my whole school life, I don't take any offence to these people being called bullies. I fully agree that they are bullies, these people are vile.
I agree with this. I was also bullied but can recognize that there are different forms of bullying and this is one. Maybe not as severe but at their age it’s very.. cringe lol

3:50 I had a very similar thing happened to me. It was on Dead Dawg, the killer was a trapper, and my 3 other teammates were in a 3-man bully squad. So while they were fucking with the killer, I did 3 and half gens. Then at 1 gen the killer manages to slug all of my teammates and is sitting there waiting for me to come (as he should). So I decided "Fuck it" and did the last gen with the intention to leave them behind. Luckily one of them had adrenaline and picked everyone else up. We all got out and i get called trash in end game chat because i did not save them from being slugged. Honestly these people are something else entirely.
Had the exact same situation- I was on a corn map with a Bubba and a 3-man that bullied the killer all match. I did ALL 5 gens and escaped on my own once they all ended up camped in basement. Got a series of angry British voice messages calling me trash and whatnot but at that point all you can do is laugh because hey, I escaped, look who didn't...
OMG something similar happened to me. I was working on a gen. They all got slugged. I was injured. I start running over to help one of them but a teammate unbreakabled up and got the person I was going to help up instead. So I was going to run to the 3rd person. We eventually all get out but in endgame I get called a bad teammate because I didn't help. I did all the gens and I was literally running over. I got accused of hiding. I'm like what are you talking about? In another match, I also got called weird in endgame because I went down to basement to save someone but stood there because I could literally see the killer above us with kindred. This was before basekit bt so I didn't want to farm her. I took aggro and eventually got downed. They all left me and I got called weird and was told I deserved to die. I'm like I saved you. What do you mean? Even the killer came to my rescue. they were like you stood in the basement staring at the hooked person. I'm like yeah because the killer was right above us and I didn't want to farm her. I didn't let her go to second stage. They all got out. I was the only one that didn't because I was the rando and they didn't care. I was like next time you save and I'll just leave you behind instead. They had nothing to say. Some people have no awareness.
i know the survivor youre talking about, ive had 2 encounters with them before, one as killer and one as survivor, i remember when i wore my twitch shirt as a survivor and they bad mouthed me the entire the time, said i deserved to tunneled and slugged and said really horrible things, im glad to see someone brought to light this person and their entitlement, because they are an entitled player whichever side they play. thank you for bringing this to light.
As a Killer main, whenever I see someone who's trying to rat out a fellow Survivor, I will not go after the one being ratted upon. I will go after the one doing said ratting. I will treat the ratted out Survivor politely and let them go. I think it's scummy to do that to a fellow team mate and I won't stand for it if it's within my power. I've also been ratted out before when playing Survivor. A majority of Killers take advantage of that (and I don't blame them), and some either ignore me or do what I do (which is nice). These people make me sad and they deserve each other.
I started recently and I ran into a killer who only went for the guy trying to give away our location by jumping in lockers and blowing gens. Then he just let us farm points.
@@diddlebop7481 That's a difficult one. I had a match where a Meg afk'd after things went south for their team, leaving two Fengs to have to fight me. I saw that the Meg was doing nothing whatsoever, so I got her hooked up and let the other two go. I can see that being a good case of "ratting", but I don't know if that's what that would be, y'know? There's definitely nuance in cases like that, for sure.
The only exception is when another teammate hides the whole game or is just waiting for their other teammate to die to get a hatch. In that case I´m teaming up with the other survivor to find that person.
Captain Crymerica: "Alright, listen up! Until we can close that stream, our priority's entitlement. I used to have a good friend in school when I was 12 who was bullied until they ended their life, and it absolutely destroyed me and still hurts to this day. I've used the Term Bully Squad because that's just what people in the community always called it. Being told I'm literally spitting on the grave of my once best friend all for using a term in a video game is absolutely fucking ridiculous. If you go over to their channel to it causes two issues, first we need to be the bigger person. Harassment is wrong no matter what they did. Two it gives them more attention, encouraging this behavior.
Yep, best way to get at an entitled ttv is to ignore them completely, they seek attention for their own channel growth and benefits and what better way to shove it to them than to try to hit where it hurts.
@@yolas2422 Dbd needs to manage that for sure. Riot games (league of legends) decided not to ban players but they took their right to write anything in the chat (chat ban) which would be a good solution from bhvr

toxic TTVs have created this perception that if you get downed twice because you are an idiot and run right into the killers loving embrace, or sit and heal in full view of the killer, the killer is tunneling. Speaking as a killer main, I don't even keep track of each "unique" survivor and who I have hooked. Half the time I go up against teams with at least 2 characters that are the same. If you don't want to be tunneled don't make it so the killer, who might actually want to be nice and give you a breather after being hooked, can't tell the f-ing difference between you and another survivor. And in dark maps, I just hit what moves. I can't see you well enough to be like, "Oh just hooked you, proceed.". And for the love all that is DBD, don't do the following because I (and I'm sure any killer) will attack if you do these, run right up to me after you get off hook, body block me when you get off hook, heal right in front of me when you just got off hook. Oh and lastly, the grace period for me not trying to hook you again is limited. If you are the only survivor I can find or down after that period is up, well that is on you. My roll as killer is to A) hook you, B) break gens, and C) prevent survivors from escaping (aka WINNING the match) If you don't want to deal with a killer who challenges you and is out to win, Behavior did add the option to play against bots. Please stop complaining because you went against a killer that beat you legitimately. The way Toxic TTVs act anyone who plays killer is just the worst kind of human and it has created this feeling on the side of killers of being constantly on the defensive because we are constantly attacked. If every killer main stopped playing forced you to play bots you would be pissed and crying about that so maybe you should grow up toxic TTVs. Ok, sorry for the rant. But I had to vent because I know their will be massive hate for the Skull Merchant from toxic TTVs. I just wish the intended audience for this rant were likely to see it.
I think we can all agree that we need more of Aaron saying shut up. Also I LOST IT when that one person typed Aaron Duke moment in their chat just so funny
I sadly have friends who have the similar, if not the same mindset as these TTVs and I cannot stress enough how frustrating and tiring it is trying to play a casual game with them.
I would literally stop playing with them and if they asked why I'd be honest. There's no point in surrounding yourself with players who make your game experience miserable.
Decisive strike is basically just a 4th hook state and dead hard gives you an extra life yet they will call a power up that makes flash lights useless overpowered
This so gold, I never heard this streamer, say their mistakes. The dredge didn’t tunneled and even if he did who cares. Be better in chase and you won’t die.
I do agree with the tunneling part but keep in mind with "be Better in chase" that your teammates could have used all pallets or at least a lot of pallets. So if a survivor does get tunneled it does mean that they have to have a lot of good resources.
@@pepster9217 I’m not disagreeing with you there, but they wasn’t tunneled in that match. The killer spread hooks there, I’m just saying even if he did tunnel who cares, it’s part of the game. At the first DC in that Dredge game the amount of mental gymnastics I had to do in the early morning to try and understand what they were trying to argue, because that Dredge genuinely just played the game The fact they went on about gaslighting was even funnier because they have no idea what that means Thank you so much Aaron for explaining what went on This video was great and I had a good laugh!

What is it with people complaining about basic mechanics? Like, you unhook a hooked survivor or miss a skill check on a gen or while mending it's natural the killer is going to come and investigate/chase if they're still in the area. This type of bitching and moaning is what makes it really difficult for new players, such as myself, to tell if we are truly tunneling or camping. Just because the definition has been exaggerated to fit even the most basic gameplay loop. XO Anyway, love the video as always Aaron! ❤️
@@AaronDukeYT The amount of comments I've gotten in post game chat saying I'm a toxic tunnler or camper, L+ratio or that I'm trash at killer/survivor. It's a bit demoralising, and always makes me second guess myself when playing. Am I doing too much, am I not doing enough? Which makes me feel bad when I'm playing "too well" because I worry that I'm bullying, and then in turn I even worse when I'm doing poorly, because Im womdering what I could have done to snatch a win. Anyway, players like the ones in the video seem like the type of survivors who want the killer to just stand in one corner of the map while they do gens, then walk to the gate once it's open to watch the survivors leave.
I wanna say thank you. I dont consider myself to be particularly toxic but i do get upset and watching your videos made me look inside and more at what i did to get into that situation.
You know the intro to the movie Inside Out where one of the first lines is "You ever look at a person and think what is going on inside this persons head?" I see nothing but a dusty hamster wheel in the self awareness section and a note from the hamster saying "Not worth my time" in both of these TTV's just from their gameplay and behavior alone.
Okay so I knew exactly who that was the second I heard her voice. I was in a swf against her and we had toolbox’s and she face camped at 5 gens and immediately tumbled our Kate right off hook and accused us of being toxic because we had brown toolbox’s 😬
Devotion 56! This is truly bizarre how they have complained this much and continued to grind the game that much. Maybe 18,000 hours spent on just being an asshole
The first game is funny to me bc they're in a swf yet the streamer who's about to get downed again doesn't go "hey i'm about to get downed, leave the gen" even tho the Dredge clearly has Eruption. They're good at calling out others "mistakes" but they can't seem to aknowledge they made mistakes too.
as a dredge main, I often run darkness revealed. it makes sense, I'm a killer that teleports to lockers and this perk tells me when a survivor is near a locker, and it's one of the better perks I have i find people all the time with it, and I find that s lot of other dredges also run darkness revealed. if a dredge randomly finds you, it's probably darkness revealed and I'm surprised they didn't even mention is as a possibility
Honestly, it's complete luck too. I've learned how to guess which gen a survivor will be on, and teleport at the right time lmao. But in contrast, I also have BBQ & Chili + Thrilling Tremors + A Nurse's Calling, so...
This is why I hate solo queue, not only do you have to play against the killer but you also have to occasionally play against your own teammates simply because you didn't play the way they wanted you to play
Omg i literally know EXACTLY who she is i have vs her two times as survivor when she was killer and she was so pissed off at me cause i looped her for long time and she got 0 kills. When i went in her chat to say gg she bit my head off calling me a toxic pos survivor main. When i told her i was a killer main and only had 80ish hours in game she didnt believe me and kept being rude so i just told her sorry she feels like that and gl and left her chat. Not gonna say who it is i respect the message you are spreading about not sending hate. I didnt even realize it was her till the end i recognized her voice from the way she talked to that myers it was exactly how she treated me. Anyways great vid your almost at 20k! Cant wait for next vid ❤
I like how most of the people who get mad at other people are mad because of decisions they made in the game and they blame others for their mistake 😂😂
Seeing this kind of videos makes me feel lucky about my own matches. Especially when I'm playing killer, I'll often meet such genuinely nice survivors ! Most lobbies that kick my butt have a kind word or useful advice to say in endgame chat, and I can't remember the last time I got teabagged mid chase. Even when I'm the one prevailing in the end after a hard game, I pretty often have people like that god looper Ace I went against the other day, thanking me for the fun match, and wishing me good future games. I've made a surprising amount of friends while playing killer, haha !
That same thing happened to me, where I got bullied by a couple of swf who were streaming together because I wasn't able to go get a save because the killer was near, so they left me to die on hook on purpose and continued to bitch about me doing nothing when I literally couldn't. It was only one of the duo the other one felt bad that their friend was going off on me and left me to die. They weren't able to get me because they were being chased by the killer, but their friend refused to get me. I literally did nothing wrong, but they're so entitled to me going out of my way when it owuld literally cause us to lose the game if I did go out of my way in that moment. absolutely unbelievable and does not feel good to be on that side of things.
I beat a bully squad that wasn’t streaming but still trying to bully me with flash lights and stuff, but whenever I killed all of them and started being toxic back at them they invited me to an Xbox party and complained about me using lightborn saying it’s over powered. Also they were very easy to down because if a bully squad all has flashlights they can’t do anything without them
Imagine spending over 30 devotion levels not learning how to actually play the game, instead focusing on the uncontrollable factors such as everyone else's playstyles. It sure takes a lot of time to be toxic.

Devotion 56 and not knowing what tunneling means... Sometimes I fear that playing this game might give me braindamage and this is not soothing that fear D:
The more of these people I hear about the more ironic it seems that they are playing a game that is for adults only and behaving like primary school children.
They should get matched with that guy who believes he *is* Bubba. I wanna see their reaction when they call him a tunneler and he comes back with "tunneling and camping keep the survivor herd lean".
Nah I'm a killer main, I usually have a decent sense of who's doing what and I will do my absolute best to kill the squads being aholes to their teammates. I get the frustration somewhat, the game does feel a lot harder for survivors if the killer just try hards but that's no excuse to make the experience even more miserable for others
I always try to kill survivors trying to be toxic, I once let this survivor who wasn’t part of an SWF go and they messeged me saying “I don’t even know why they kept trying to body block lol”. Which was true because they kept trying to blind me with the fire crackers (which failed because they aimed badly and I had lightborn) also I didn’t know this person wasn’t part of it I was just letting the last survivor leave like usual
Recently had a game with the no penalty dc was out and a ttv and his mate immediately dc'd because "you were playing silent trap Hag, that's toxic". there is no end to how entitled some players are in this game
Hello Aaron I actually just emailed you about an experience I had against four toxic streamers during my match of me playing Bubba for the first time!! ❤❤
I had a match a few months ago as a solo into a 3 person swf and i missed one (1) skill check and the swf spent the entire match trying to get me killed. Luckily the killer was nice and just started farming but it was so aggravating. They followed me everywhere hopping in lockers and trying to mess up my gens to "get back at me".
3:00 So true, survivors have twisted the meaning of tunneling and camping so much that it means nothing. You can play well and fair, and they'll still say you camped or tunneled them. I had a game where I was legion, and I got a hook in the basement after injuring everyone. Instead of healing, they kept going for the save, injured, and before I could start a new chase. I would leave the basement to look for a chase, and they would get them before I started chasing someone, so obviously, I'm gonna come back. Some salty kid messaged me, saying I camped. I had to explain to him that I wasn't camping and they were just playing bad but they were just mocking me lmao
I never understood leaving a message then blocking the person so they can't respond. Happens on social media, games and even dating sites. People are weak and if there is a misunderstanding they would rather burn a bridge than admit to being wrong and over reacting. Bullying has a large range. From name calling to ending someone. All technically bullying but the worse the crime the harsher word we use. So no I don't think calling people bully squads waters down the term bully since that term hully squad came about from people going out of their way to make the opposing person have an unfun game whether or not they win or lose. Aka a group of people bullying the enemy.
These people just seem impossible to please. I'm inclined to agree with your opinion on labeling people like this as bullies, especially since they are carrying that mentality into adulthood.
This community will be so much better off once it has finally rooted out the "facilitate my idea of fun" mindset that a majority of the playerbase seems to have. Absolutely drives me insane when people talk about playing "normally" when really what they mean is "just let me do what I want." I truly think UA-camrs like you and Spooks are doing wonders to finally put an end to this kind of bs.
You might want to also block the killers name as well because there are people who can go out of their way to go to their stream or other platforms profile and find their names and get the ttvs name as well.
I hate it when people take terms like "gaslight" and misuse them to the point where the gravity is diminished. Gaslighting is a big deal, this human was just calling you out and disagreeing.
I hope you like reading xD you know a survivor is entitled when they complain (in this case repeat "yikes") about MAKE YOUR CHOICE. ya know... a perk that literally only gives you value if you both do NOT tunnel and do NOT camp. okay video idea: maybe you could make a simple short video where you give the definitions of dbd terms (e.g. tunneling), but then give both the actual definition and the entitled player definition (e.g for tunneling it would be "going out of your way to focus only 1 survivor untill they die" for actual definition and "aaah this piece of shit hooked me twice, actual trash should uninstall" for entitled player definition) as of the death hook dc: I THINK, but don't quote me on this, that they do it because they feel like it removes the satisfaction of actually seeing the killed symbol. kind of like how in old war times, people swallowed cyanide pills when captured by foes. a "I go out by my own terms, not by yours" card. "be a man and pick me up" at least they are original, I guess... also; "wesker wannabe"? how is deathslinger a wesker wannabe? But holy bananas, that ttv has A LOT of swearing insults. To be fair, they sound like a broken record, but still. Also Aaron, by this point you should know that it's NEVER the ttv's fault. I am still not understanding how people can think this is fine behaviour AS AN EXAMPLARY FIGURE. Like, how can you be this spiteful and pitiful? Also I can talk about the "bully squad" point. I have been bullied EXTEMELY badly in my school; to a point where it's given me severe mental issues (I am recovering quite well, but I still have some fallbacks). I personally do NOT feel any issue towards the term "bully squad". It's a perfectly fine term that I myself use and I don't mind others using either (as long as it's being used properly and not for some random survivors who happen to be good with flashlight saves). And ESPECIALLY in this case, it's a correct term. These guys don't just try to make the killer suffer. They actively go out of their way to make others feel bad and actively try to exclude others and let them have a bad time. That's just straight up cyber bullying. anyways, good video mate! and good conclusion!
I know I will get hate, but I don't see problems in tunneling survivors, if someone Is already on 2 hooks, I will focus on him to get the kill, what's the problem on that? That's a strategy for me
I'll keep saying this until the cows come home but i'll repeat it here, most of hte toxicity from the game is because tehy babied survivors so long and held their hands, its a real life case of "Spare the rod spoil the child"
Actually the toxicity that happens in this game is so frequent because people can't help themselves but make this game as Us Vs. Them all the time. This dude's exposed killer mains multiple times as well and y'all still don't get it.

Crazy cuz technically u did save them all and carried the game entirely lol
Well they were wrong because you played correctly it's called strategy
I find it ironic when bully squads call you trash when they need 3-4 people who all have flash lights and OP abilities just to get a win

@@hagadizle That sucks. I'm glad the Killer was pretty chill with you.
@@sheriffflynn The one time I had a survivor rat out a teammate it was because they were afk in the corner so I slugged them and let the rest go.

There's definitely nuance in cases like that, for sure.
The only exception is when another teammate hides the whole game or is just waiting for their other teammate to die to get a hatch. In that case I´m teaming up with the other survivor to find that person.

toxic TTVs have created this perception that if you get downed twice because you are an idiot and run right into the killers loving embrace, or sit and heal in full view of the killer, the killer is tunneling.

Hello Aaron I actually just emailed you about an experience I had against four toxic streamers during my match of me playing Bubba for the first time!! ❤❤
Has zero gens done and everyone is on the hook or the ground “this killer sucks”
It just makes sense right? 😂
I had to explain to him that I wasn't camping and they were just playing bad but they were just mocking me lmao
how do you even get to that devotion level and not figure out how to just have fun and not take the game so serious?
This video is a certified Aaron Duke moment
This community will be so much better off once it has finally rooted out the "facilitate my idea of fun" mindset that a majority of the playerbase seems to have. Absolutely drives me insane when people talk about playing "normally" when really what they mean is "just let me do what I want." I truly think UA-camrs like you and Spooks are doing wonders to finally put an end to this kind of bs.
Well said!
killer should've hit them with the "10/10, would Tunnel everyone at the same time again."
I don’t understand the “Don’t let him get me, don’t let him get me” when you still have your first hook available 😂 like take a hook for a gen 😂
"You three absolute sausages". I will be using this moving forward.
One of my personal faves! 💙
For those curious the TTVs names are
Noneofyourbeeswax420
XxX_WhyDoYouCare_XxX
I love how they say "messing around" to not call it for what it really is. Shitty. Pathetic behavior
You might want to also block the killers name as well because there are people who can go out of their way to go to their stream or other platforms profile and find their names and get the ttvs name as well.
These people are the very reason why I don't play Survivor
And if I do play Survivor it's in custom games With Friends or an actual matches With Friends
They sound like little kids
I can confirm they are grown ass adults
6:45 "you were tunneling everyone" that's the exact opposite of what tunneling is LMAO
i feel so bad for the mikaela lol
I hate it when people take terms like "gaslight" and misuse them to the point where the gravity is diminished. Gaslighting is a big deal, this human was just calling you out and disagreeing.
I hope you like reading xD
you know a survivor is entitled when they complain (in this case repeat "yikes") about MAKE YOUR CHOICE. ya know... a perk that literally only gives you value if you both do NOT tunnel and do NOT camp.
okay video idea: maybe you could make a simple short video where you give the definitions of dbd terms (e.g. tunneling), but then give both the actual definition and the entitled player definition (e.g for tunneling it would be "going out of your way to focus only 1 survivor untill they die" for actual definition and "aaah this piece of shit hooked me twice, actual trash should uninstall" for entitled player definition)
as of the death hook dc: I THINK, but don't quote me on this, that they do it because they feel like it removes the satisfaction of actually seeing the killed symbol. kind of like how in old war times, people swallowed cyanide pills when captured by foes. a "I go out by my own terms, not by yours" card.
Updated DBD terminology:
survivor: tunnelling
killer: a chase
survivor: trash killer
killer: 4k
I know I will get hate, but I don't see problems in tunneling survivors, if someone Is already on 2 hooks, I will focus on him to get the kill, what's the problem on that? That's a strategy for me
Make Your Choice does NOTHING when you're running No Mither.
I'll keep saying this until the cows come home but i'll repeat it here, most of hte toxicity from the game is because tehy babied survivors so long and held their hands, its a real life case of "Spare the rod spoil the child"
.... What?
@@Marverick1998 i mean its pretty clear what i'm saying
What is tehy?
Most of hte toxicity cuz tehy babied hold their hands
Ok
Actually the toxicity that happens in this game is so frequent because people can't help themselves but make this game as Us Vs. Them all the time. This dude's exposed killer mains multiple times as well and y'all still don't get it.
