A tutorial on how to make this 3D universe effect - • After Effects 3D Universe
This happened to be longer than I expected, but nevertheless pretty fun tutorial. - Фільми й анімація
dealing with 3D for the first time for a college course. I learned more in these 20 minutes than I did during 6 hours of class. Thank you!
This is so sick effect! Thank you! it was a little bit frustrating to learn all new buttons and stuff (new AE user experience) , but at the end it was so worth it to see a clip with that effect! Good job!
Damn you're a miracle worker! Thank you so much, I've been wanting to do a traveling through space effect for a while now but couldn't figure out how to do 3D looking stars that I could move the camera around without buying Particular. Heck I didn't even know Particle World Existed before this, I will most definitely be using the advise from this tutorial a lot in future projects :)
Great lesson, thanks! I used your technique on a different space scene. I learned a lot.
This was REALLY useful dude! Had to pause and skip back a few times but super simple effect!
i love you man.............i learn so much from you with in this one single tutorial
I just found this tutorial and it is EXCELLENT sir. VERY well done.
Very nice tutorial, was helpful to learn basics with effects and camera functions.
I'm so amazed with your tutorial!! Thanks for this!
You can change the color of the particles simply by changing the color of the solid
learned a new technique today, thank you so much!
This is a great tutorial and you made it look easy.. thanks for sharing
Thank you so much, I really need "Universe" for my project.Have a nice day.
Really helpful ! Easy to follow ! Thank you so much :)
this is a good tutorial thank you so much!
phenomenal tutorial. thanks so much
100th subscriber yay! Awesome video, absolutely love this! Thank you!
thats pretty cool :D, thanks
Great SNR1, Very good and clear tutorial.
This was very helpful! Thanks a lot :)
this is wonderful!
Excellent work and perfect for my Astrophotography images
Thanks man, very nice and useful tutorial
very clear and simpl ! thank you for sharing
Yo this is a great tutorial, can you show your trapcode particular settings?
WOW! Great tutorial!
That was amazing! Thank you!
Very nice thanks. tho maybe it would be a good idea to add some blur to the stars (or more feather to the sphere particles) so they don't look so round. In any case very beautiful final result
thanks a lot my friend you're the guy
OUTSTANDING, Thank you
Best camera name ever im using that from now on :D
hell yeahhh :D
Thanks for your tutor for the first time...tahx alot...make our project more surprise...
Can you please do more videos? Please 🙏 don't go away! We miss you
Beautiful stuff 👏 good job
Perfect Tutorial 👌👌👌🫡🫡🫡 Thank you for sharing ur techniques Bro
Amazing!!!!
incredible tutorial, you encourage viewers to experiment instead of doing it by the book
Your the best sir 🙏🙏🔥💯
Thanks, Great effect!
Yo very cool! This helped so much!
Your solid is black, that's why the particles are black. Use ctrl+shift+Y to bring up the solid panel and change it there to white 🙂
Please brother, do you have any tutorial how to make that intro with Particular plug-in? I cant find any good videos that they use particular for this kind of purpose. Thanks
Very cool!
Great tutorial
Cool, but when I add the keyframes to stop the particlr birh it just doesn't stop
You almost made a worm hole! That I would love to see!
Thank you!
Thank you sooooo much 💖
"JAMES CAMERON".
THANK YOU
3:16 oh shit, I remember I used this picture for my project in PowerPoint to emitate magic space :D
SUPER COOL
sir you are great
Impressive!
excellent!
thank you
Good work)
Лайк за проделанную работу..
thank you boss
you are amazing and nice camera name
thanks.
awesome tutorial... the only thing i wanted to know was how to change color of stars without invert mask
[ Fill ] effect
great tutorial ! Is there a way to make it least longer ? Like a 5-10 min long video ? Even if it's slower ?
Yeah. You would need to make it so particles are constantly emitting and flying towards the camera. Change the Physics -> Animation to Directional Axis and set Axis X =1, Axis Z = 0.001, also Velocity = 1 and play around from there. The background would have to stay in place though.
Hi, in 7:16 minute what do you press on Keyboard for to show FX and after press invert? Thank you!
It's a free plugin - FX Console by VideoCopilot. To invoke the console I'm pressing CTRL+Space then entering the effect I'm looking for(Invert) and pressing [Enter]
Nice work but the youtube upload video quality is poor, Please try to upload a higher quality
THNK U A LOT. SUSCRIBED
can i get this project file
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!
How to animate that photo to move horizontally from left to right?
keyframe it's position at the start and end of animation and move it a little bit.
@@Azuniite Thank you !But I wanna made this scene for 3 mins long and it's very slow and can't be noticed it's zooming into Z space. How to speed up that scene please?
nice video, but is possible to make a bucle for that? 0.o
If by 'bucle' you mean looping then yes.
Get rid of camera animation, make the background layer stationary and keep a steady flow of particles flowing forwards the camera. Add fading-in side layers moving slower than the particles to your taste. It will end up something like this - ua-cam.com/video/Iwh5yOMmyFM/v-deo.html
Can I use it on my video? I' put the link in the description
Yea, use it for whatever you want
@@Azuniite aye thank you so much. UA-cam needs more people like you. 😙
Nice. Your stars were black because your solid layer was black. If your solid was white you wouldn't have that issue... this was also 5 years ago so you probably already figured that out... but just in case.
for some reason when i open the particle world it opens up in the left corner top and i can't get it to the right position
If you're having trouble with the interface, just click Window - Workspace-> Reset to saved layout
@@Azuniite ok I'll try that and let you know thanks for responding... May I ask when you get to the part about setting the key frame for the particles I'm kinda stuck on that part cuz you mention something about a delay and when you drag the bar back and run it across the screen my particles stay the same til I put the ruler back at the beginning they disappear what am I doing wrong? It's hard for me to explain thru comment if you have an email I can do a video and send it to you to show what I'm talking about.. Thanks again
@@Bigcdt80 I think i know what you mean. When you set the keyframes, make sure that you're dragging the layer back instead of extending it. Select the Stars layer and press [U] to make sure that the 2 keyframes are at the beginning of the composition.
@@Bigcdt80 Also sorry, but I don't really want to share my email publicly :/
@@Azuniite ok I'll try that and see how that works I'm a beginner in after effects so that's why I have the questions
omg :o
😍😍😍😍😍👍
4:56 how did he do that?
Google - 'FX Console Video Copilot', best plugin for AE and it's also free
@@Azuniite Oh thanks mate, Im actually will download it cause Im doing your tutorial rn 😂. Too bad you didn't show this tutorial with Particule effects from Trapcode tho cause I have one
My man, thank you so much for the tutorial. 👍 Please don't say 'basically' ever again.
Mf just dropped a banger ass tutorial and then dropped for 4 years
xD I've improved so much, maybe it's time to another one
@@Azuniite ye bro for sure!

Fantastic! Would you like to collaborate in astrophysics projects where I send you high quality deep space images and you create these animations on them ? Let me know if you are interested please! 😄
Great tutorial! I had to watch it over quite a few times, pausing and playing while trying to follow the same steps in After Effects. Had some issues but got it working well. I did my test video here: ua-cam.com/video/DIqeL3uLeVU/v-deo.html
coool!
Very hard to follow, not a good tutorial
Here's how I made it, well not really, I paid for trapcode, so just do that -_-
sir you are great
