Mom was a mixure of Colby and bully and the father was more of the blue staffy. So because the pit genes was diluted I might as well go with the stronger genes which the staff is more dominate because if im not mistaken shouldn't you try to bring out the genes that are most do dominate so that you strengthen the bloodline. I don't get it my boy breed a male amstaff (he called ablue nose)and abeautiful female pit(Colby genetics spell check )... and I received a puppy but because of the colors in the litter I knew something was different though. There was red coat,blue, champagne, blue brindle puppies etc, 22 in all.. I'm like this not pit bulls? I then searched and found u sir!!! So I had to go tell my boy his male wasn't a pitbull. But an amstaff terrier. So we have American Staffordshire Bullies. NOT PIT BULLS? And I explained this to person after person everyone that sees my dog and ask about it and no one can get it through their f****** heads I swear it's insane there's been so much lying done that the damage and slandering to this dog and these breeds is like almost impossible to undo but it needs to be done because these are the most amazing animals and I never owned a bulldog due to the lies I was told and after I finally own a dog that's the both Staffordshire Terrier and Colby Pitbull genetics.
